Komiteti Drejtues i Dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb Avokatis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell me shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb thell\u00eb ngjarjen tragjike t\u00eb vrasjes s\u00eb gjyqtarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, z. Astrit Kalaja, si nj\u00eb nga ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe t\u00eb paprecedenta t\u00eb ndodhura ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Komiteti vendosi nj\u00ebz\u00ebri t\u00eb bojkotoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha proceset hetimore dhe ato gjyq\u00ebsore \u2014 penale, civile dhe administrative \u2014 n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e gjykimit, p\u00ebr datat 9 dhe 10 tetor 2025.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ky bojkot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje drejtuar opinionit publik, politik\u00ebs shqiptare, K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsor, K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, Inspektorit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjshme, q\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi maksimale p\u00ebr sigurimin e jet\u00ebs dhe sh\u00ebndetit, si dhe t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb e aktivitetit t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve, prokuror\u00ebve dhe avokat\u00ebve, n\u00eb ushtrimin e detyrave t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr realizimin dhe funksionimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ky vendim nuk shtrin efektet e tij mbi masat e sigurimit n\u00eb procesin penal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
