Sipas INSTAT, sektori u zgjerua me 4.5%, nga 5% vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm dhe shum\u00eb larg ritmeve prej 15.2% q\u00eb u konstatuan n\u00eb vitin 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ritmi m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt q\u00eb nga 2020-a, kur ekonomia po vuante pasojat e pandemis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ecuri m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb kishte aktiviteti i pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, q\u00eb u p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsua me 4%, nga 2.8% vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa sektori \u00ebsht\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsuar n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, duket se ai po p\u00ebrqendrohet te kompanit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar rritje m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb sesa mesatarja n\u00eb 2024-n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Numri i kompanive t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe atyre t\u00eb industris\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse n\u00eb list\u00ebn e \u201cMonitor 200\u201d p\u00ebr vitin 2024, ishte 39, nga 43 vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebto kompani qarkulluan rreth 200 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (2 miliard\u00eb euro) n\u00eb vitin 2024, me rritje prej 10% n\u00eb krahasim me vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. Zgjerimi ka ardhur si nga projektet e infrastruktur\u00ebs, ashtu dhe ato rezidenciale, ku mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb projektet n\u00eb hoteleri e fshatra turistik\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Subjektet e nd\u00ebrtimit kan\u00eb luhatje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb aktivitetit, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb projekteve inxhinierike ku jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira, apo t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb apartamenteve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cGener 2\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0me aktivitet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimet inxhinierike, rezidenciale dhe menaxhimin e qendrave tregtare, ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme n\u00eb 2024-n duke kaluar n\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtij segmenti n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb ardhurat u rrit\u00ebn me 73% n\u00eb 16.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, e ndikuar nga z\u00ebri \u201cshitje nd\u00ebrtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb tret\u00eb\u201d, sipas raportimeve n\u00eb bilanc. Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjeruar ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimet rezidenciale vitet e fundit, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ngritjes s\u00eb disa komplekseve pran\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Liqenit Artificial n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit vjetor, rreth 90% e t\u00eb ardhurave ka ardhur nga aktiviteti i nd\u00ebrtimit dhe shitja e objekteve t\u00eb banimit, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr, nga qirat\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimet n\u00eb qendrat e biznesit dhe shitja e mallrave n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn tregtare \u201cCoin\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, ky raport ishte 73%. T\u00eb ardhurat nga qendra \u201cCoin\u201d ishin rreth 1.4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb 2024-n, pothuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cGjoka Konstruksion\u201d,\u00a0<\/strong>q\u00eb vepron dhe si n\u00ebnkontraktor i \u201cGjoka 87\u201d n\u00eb koncesionin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Arbrit, kaloi n\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb segmentin e nd\u00ebrtimeve civile, industriale e rezidenciale n\u00eb vitin 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompania raportoi t\u00eb ardhura prej 10.6 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, me tkurrje prej 2% n\u00eb raport me vitin 2023, pas rritjes me\u00a0 35% vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit t\u00eb aktivitetit, p\u00ebr vitin 2024 dhe n\u00eb vazhdim, shoq\u00ebria \u201cGjoka Konstruksion\u201d ka punuar p\u00ebr zbatimin e kontrat\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin, nd\u00ebrtimin, operimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Arbrit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu, edhe me projekte t\u00eb tjera: nd\u00ebrtimi i tunelit t\u00eb Llogoras\u00eb n\u00eb seksionin rrugor Orikum-Himar\u00eb; nd\u00ebrtimi i Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit Rajonal burimi i P\u00ebrroit t\u00eb Lop\u00ebs; hartimi i projektit dhe zbatimi i punimeve p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Godin\u00ebs (seksioni B) n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Zhvillimore Kombinat; nd\u00ebrtimi i Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Loti 6; Sistemim, asfaltim, rruga Ura e Cerenecit, Peshkopi, loti 3; zgjerimi i rrug\u00ebs Elbasan \u2013 Qaf\u00eb Than\u00eb, Faza V; punime p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e hidrocentralit Gojan; rehabilitimi i rrug\u00ebs Fier \u2013 Kthesa e Patosit -Frataj etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cShijaku\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0ishte edhe n\u00eb vitin 2024 nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr sip\u00ebrmarrjet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve n\u00eb vend. T\u00eb ardhurat e saj ishin rreth 8.2 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, me r\u00ebnie 8.4%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjeruar vitet e fundit n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimit, hoteleris\u00eb dhe HEC-eve, si dhe p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb materialeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit. N\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit, kompania e ka n\u00eb shitjen e skrapit. Kompania ka aktivitete dhe n\u00eb eksporte, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin thot\u00eb se ka rritje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cGjat\u00eb vitit 2024, t\u00eb ardhurat nga shitjet e mallrave p\u00ebr eksport jan\u00eb rritur n\u00eb krahasim me vitet e kaluara, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zgjerimit t\u00eb aktivitetit dhe mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb reja n\u00eb treg dhe shfryt\u00ebzimit me eficienc\u00eb t\u00eb burimeve (eksporti i mbetjeve industriale skrap hekuri).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pra n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb eksportuar skrapi dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb importuar hekur nd\u00ebrtimi\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb raportin e aktivitetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cSalillari\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0raportoi nj\u00eb qarkullim vjetor prej rreth 9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh (kompania nuk ka dor\u00ebzuar bilanc). Aktiviteti kryesor i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i orientuar drejt nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb veprave t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore, t\u00eb fituara nga prokurime publike apo nga operator\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb tregut, si dhe n\u00eb prodhimin e materialeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe kryerjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb tjera si aktivitete dyt\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cAlb-Star\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0deklaroi nj\u00eb qarkullim vjetor prej gati 5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, me rritje 10%. Nga dhjetori i vitit 2016, \u201cAlb-Star\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e grupit holding \u201cFinman\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit, aktiviteti kryesor i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit, import-eksport i produkteve industriale, shitja me shumic\u00eb e ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm dhe industrial dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e transportit. Kompania raporton se numri i punonj\u00ebsve ka zbritur n\u00eb 291, nga 432 n\u00eb vitin 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201c2T\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0q\u00eb ushtron aktivitetin n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e veprave infrastrukturore si rrug\u00eb, kanalizime, rikonstruksione, ka m\u00eb se dyfishuar t\u00eb ardhurat n\u00eb 4.9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb 2024-n. Sipas raportit vjetor, \u201ckjo rritje \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i kontratave t\u00eb reja t\u00eb fituara dhe intensifikimit t\u00eb punimeve n\u00eb kantiere t\u00eb ndryshme\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cGjikuria\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0raportoi t\u00eb ardhura 4.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, me tkurrje vjetore prej 3.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit t\u00eb aktivitetit, gjat\u00eb vitit 2024 e n\u00eb vazhdim, shoq\u00ebria ka realizuar projekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb financuara nga buxheti i shtetit dhe Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit dhe sip\u00ebrmarrje n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hoteleris\u00eb dhe turizmit, hotele dhe apartamente dhe ka shum\u00eb projekte t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cRafealo 2002\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0deklaroi t\u00eb ardhura prej 4.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, me nj\u00eb tkurrje prej 1.7% me baz\u00eb vjetore. Shoq\u00ebria, sipas faqes s\u00eb internetit, ka aktivitet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, me projekte n\u00eb Sh\u00ebngjin, Kashar, Golem, Tiran\u00eb, Mal t\u00eb Zi, transport, hidrocentrale, hoteleri e turiz\u00ebm etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<strong>Alb Building\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0deklaroi t\u00eb ardhura 4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, me zgjerim prej 16.2%. Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb disa projekte si segmenti rrugor Quk\u00ebs \u2013 Qaf\u00eb-Pllo\u00e7\u00eb, zgjerimi i rrug\u00ebs Elbasan \u2013 Qaf\u00eb Than\u00eb (faza I) si dhe projekte t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime urash, rehabilitime t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve, mbrojtje nga rr\u00ebshqitjet etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cGjat\u00eb vitit, shoq\u00ebria ka zhvilluar aktivitet intensiv p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit duke aktivizuar num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm personeli gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kontab\u00ebl\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb raportin e aktivitetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb pestin vit radhazi, n\u00eb list\u00ebn e m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhave \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0<strong>\u201cAlesio-2014<\/strong>\u201d, me aktivitet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin dhe tregtimin e betonit, q\u00eb vijon t\u00eb performoj\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse aktiviteti i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb sekuestruar n\u00eb gusht 2022 nga Agjencia e Administrimit t\u00eb Pasurive t\u00eb Sekuestruara dhe Konfiskuara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompania, e cila furnizon me beton shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit, ka rritur ndjesh\u00ebm qarkullimin vjetor n\u00eb 2024-n, me 42%, duke deklaruar t\u00eb ardhura prej 3.8 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas p\u00ebrshkrimit n\u00eb raportet e dor\u00ebzua n\u00eb QKB, kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb zot\u00ebruese e fabrik\u00ebs Asfalto-Betoni, dy impianteve t\u00eb betonit, gurore inertesh dhe gurore gipsi, operon n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit, si nd\u00ebrtim-rikonstruktim dhe mir\u00ebmbajtje t\u00eb objekteve civile, infrastrukturore, industriale dhe energjetike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cG.P.G COMPANY\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0q\u00eb merret kryesisht me pun\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me fonde publike, n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ra me 7.3% n\u00eb 3.45 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit t\u00eb aktivitetit gjat\u00eb vitit 2024 ka pasur nj\u00eb performanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt krahasuar me vitin 2023, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave dhe ulje p\u00ebr fitimin neto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cShoq\u00ebri e Thjesht\u00eb INTEKAR \u2013 ASL\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb tretin vit radhazi n\u00eb list\u00ebn e m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit, me t\u00eb ardhura prej 3.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, me r\u00ebnie 54% me baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompania ka fituar tenderin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e tunelit t\u00eb Llogoras\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cFusha sh.p.k<\/strong>.\u201d raportoi t\u00eb ardhura prej gati 2.9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, me r\u00ebnie 22% n\u00eb raport me vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.
