Parlamenti i Sllovakis\u00eb ka miratuar nj\u00eb amendament kushtetues q\u00eb qart\u00ebson se ekzistojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm dy gjini, mashkull dhe fem\u00ebr. Nga 99 ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsit e pranish\u00ebm, 90 votuan n\u00eb favor t\u00eb propozimit, raportoi t\u00eb premten agjencia e lajmeve TASR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ky veprim e v\u00eb Sllovakin\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me normat mbizot\u00ebruese t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat theksojn\u00eb njohjen e identitetit gjinor dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave LGBTQ.<\/span><\/p>\n

Amendamenti ngre mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrplasjes midis Bratislav\u00ebs dhe Brukselit, pasi BE-ja\u00a0k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul q\u00eb legjislacioni evropian duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi mbi rregullat e brendshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ndryshimet shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrkufizimeve gjinore: ato kufizojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e bir\u00ebsimit vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7iftet e martuara, ndalojn\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pag\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr burrat dhe grat\u00eb. Dispozitat e reja do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 1 n\u00ebntor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kryeministri sllovak Robert Fico e paraqiti reform\u00ebn si nj\u00eb mburoj\u00eb kund\u00ebr “ideologjis\u00eb progresive” q\u00eb imponohet nga Brukseli, duke e paraqitur at\u00eb si nj\u00eb pohim t\u00eb sovranitetit komb\u00ebtar, shkruan Rt<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Koalicioni i tij i Partis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare Sllovake tha se votimi tregoi se “arsyeja, vlerat dhe parimet mund t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb edhe brenda Bashkimit Evropian”, sipas TASR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kritik\u00ebt e kan\u00eb denoncuar amendamentin si nj\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje t\u00eb rrezikshme nga t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe barazia, duke paralajm\u00ebruar se do binte ndesh me ligjin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe do t’i linte personat transgjinor\u00eb, interseksual\u00eb dhe jo-binar\u00eb t\u00eb pambrojtur ligj\u00ebrisht.<\/span><\/p>\n
