Balanca neto e atyre q\u00eb raportojn\u00eb rritje t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb banesave t\u00eb regjistruara dhe atyre q\u00eb raportojn\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb tyre ishte -2%, ose pothuajse neutrale. Rritja u p\u00ebrcaktua nga kryeqyteti dhe zonat jasht\u00eb bregdetit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb zonat bregdetare tendenca ishte e kund\u00ebrt. N\u00eb rastin e Tiran\u00ebs, koha mesatare e shitjes u rrit ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb 11.1, nga 7.1 muaj. Koha mesatare p\u00ebr shitjet n\u00eb zonat bregdetare ra n\u00eb 8.7, nga 10 muaj. P\u00ebr zonat e tjera, koh\u00ebzgjatja e shitjes ishte pak m\u00eb e lart\u00eb sesa n\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorin e kaluar, duke u rritur n\u00eb 12.8, nga 11.6 muaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kredis\u00eb bankare ka vijuar t\u00eb figuroj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shitjeve t\u00eb pronave.
