\nBashkimi Evropian<\/a><\/span> dhe Indonezia p\u00ebrfunduan zyrtarisht negociatat p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjen Gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse t\u00eb Partneritetit Ekonomik (CEPA) dhe Marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Investimeve (IPA), pas marr\u00ebveshjes politike t\u00eb arritur m\u00eb 13 korrik nd\u00ebrmjet Presidentes s\u00eb Komisionit Evropian, Ursula von der Leyen, dhe Presidentit indonezian, Prabowo Subianto.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, negociatat u drejtuan nga Komisioneri p\u00ebr Tregtin\u00eb dhe Sigurin\u00eb Ekonomike, Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d, i cili ndodhet aktualisht n\u00eb Indonezi p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar k\u00ebt\u00eb arritje dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur hapat e ardhsh\u00ebm drejt ratifikimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshje do t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr bizneset dhe fermer\u00ebt evropian\u00eb duke hequr tarifat p\u00ebr 98.5% t\u00eb mallrave q\u00eb eksportohen n\u00eb Indonezi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb makinat, produktet bujq\u00ebsore dhe pajisjet industriale. Eksportuesit evropian\u00eb pritet t\u00eb kursejn\u00eb rreth 600 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit n\u00eb tarifa, nd\u00ebrsa konsumator\u00ebt indonezian\u00eb do t\u00eb ken\u00eb qasje m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb n\u00eb produkte evropiane cil\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebrfshin gjithashtu mbrojtjen e 221 produkteve evropiane dhe 72 indoneziane me em\u00ebrim gjeografik, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt e ndjesh\u00ebm si orizi dhe sheqeri do t\u00eb zbatohen masa mbrojt\u00ebse p\u00ebrmes tarifave ekzistuese dhe kuotave t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr investitor\u00ebt evropian\u00eb hapen mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja n\u00eb sektor\u00eb strategjik\u00eb si teknologjia, farmaceutika dhe automjetet elektrike, duke lejuar gjithashtu pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb disa industri ky\u00e7e. Marr\u00ebveshjet forcojn\u00eb gjithashtu mbrojtjen e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb intelektuale dhe luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr produkteve t\u00eb falsifikuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb komponent i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i CEPA \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhimi p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe respektimi i objektivave t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Parisit. Ajo mb\u00ebshtet tregtin\u00eb e teknologjive t\u00eb pastra dhe energjis\u00eb s\u00eb rinovueshme dhe p\u00ebrfshin bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje mjedisore si zinxhir\u00ebt e furnizimit dhe ndikimi i prodhimeve bujq\u00ebsore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vajin e palm\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshja kontribuon n\u00eb forcimin e furnizimit t\u00eb sigurt dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb para kritike, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr tranzicionin e gjelb\u00ebr dhe zhvillimin digjital t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tekstet e negociuara do t\u00eb publikohen s\u00eb shpejti, do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen shqyrtimit ligjor dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha gjuh\u00ebt zyrtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebsaj, Komisioni do t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimin dhe miratimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u pasuar me miratimin nga Parlamenti Evropian dhe ratifikimin nga Indonezia. Vet\u00ebm pas k\u00ebtyre hapave, CEPA dhe IPA do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Negociatat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje tregtare mes BE-s\u00eb dhe Indonezis\u00eb nis\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 2016 dhe p\u00ebrfunduan m\u00eb 23 shtator 2025, pas 19 raundeve zyrtare dhe diskutimeve intensive n\u00eb nivel politik dhe teknik.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
