Sidomos n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn midis muajve janar 2023 dhe korrik 2025, rritja ka qen\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme, me norma mujore q\u00eb shpesh arrijn\u00eb nga 3% deri n\u00eb 5% n\u00eb baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb muajin korrik 2025 ndryshimi vjetor i \u00e7mimit t\u00eb qiras\u00eb ishte 5.4%, nga 0.9 p\u00ebr qind q\u00eb ishte ky ndryshim n\u00eb shkurt 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky rit\u00ebm rritjeje ka reflektuar presionin q\u00eb po p\u00ebrballin familjet shqiptare, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zonat urbane, ku k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr banesa me qira mbetet e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb urbanizimit dhe fluksit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb turist\u00ebve, sidomos n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ku ka edhe l\u00ebvizje migratore te brendshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb faktor kryesor q\u00eb ka ndikuar n\u00eb shtrenjtimin e qirave afatgjata lidhet me zhvillimet turistike, ku shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me qira afatshkurtra, duke i hequr ato nga tregu i qirave afatgjata, q\u00eb kan\u00eb si klient\u00eb kryesisht familjet vendase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00ebse jep sht\u00ebpin\u00eb me qira mujore, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga agjencit\u00eb e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, n\u00eb kryeqytet, nj\u00eb apartament 1+1, m\u00eb i liri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Freskut, q\u00eb varion nga 330-400 euro, m\u00eb i shtrenjti te zona e ish-Bllokut dhe e Stadiumit Air Albania, deri n\u00eb 800 euro\/muaj. P\u00ebr apartamente 2+1, qiraja fillon nga 550 euro 2+1 dhe arrin n\u00eb 1300 euro n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Stadiumit Air Albania dhe ish-Blloku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kategori q\u00eb ka njohur rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme \u00e7mimesh mbi mesataren e p\u00ebrgjithshme jan\u00eb pijet joalkoolike dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e kafeneve. N\u00eb korrik 2025 \u00e7mimet mesatare t\u00eb kafes\u00eb u rrit\u00ebn me 6% n\u00eb krahasim me korrikun 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet e kafes\u00eb, \u00e7ajit dhe ujit t\u00eb ofruara n\u00eb ambiente publike jan\u00eb rritur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, sidomos pas vitit 2022, duke reflektuar kostot n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr pagat e stafit dhe \u00e7mimet e importit t\u00eb kafes\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kjo duket se nuk ka ndikuar shum\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr konsum, pasi kafeneja mbetet nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr konsumator\u00ebt me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb kufizuara, frekuentimi i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm i kafeneve \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb luks t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb qirat\u00eb dhe pijet n\u00eb kafene mbeten nd\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt me rritje m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, edhe disa kategori t\u00eb tjera kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar luhatje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu mbulesat e dyshemes\u00eb ndon\u00ebse jan\u00eb nj\u00eb produkt q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb n\u00eb shpenzimet e buxheteve t\u00eb familjeve jan\u00eb n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb korrik 2024 \u00e7mimet e k\u00ebtij grupi u rriten mesatarisht 6.7%.
