T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb INSTAT tregojn\u00eb se p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2020-2025 totali i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me rreth 61 mij\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb tkurrje prej 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb arsimit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kopshte, numri i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb regjistruar \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur me 8%, duke kaluar nga 71,332 n\u00eb 2020 n\u00eb 65,914 f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e fundit. Ky fenomen, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i tranzicionit t\u00eb fort\u00eb demografik me uljen e lindjeve posht\u00eb nivelit 1.5 f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebr grua dekad\u00ebn e fundit, n\u00eb krahasim me vitet 1990, ku ky tregues ishte mbi tre f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebr grua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Arsimi fillor dhe cikli i lart\u00eb i arsimit baz\u00eb (klasat 5-9) kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar tkurrje m\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar. N\u00eb shkollat fillore, numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me 14% nd\u00ebrmjet 2020 -2025, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ciklin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit baz\u00eb, tkurrja \u00ebsht\u00eb 11%. Kjo tregon nj\u00eb trend vazhduesh\u00ebm demografik t\u00eb zbehjes s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shkollore n\u00eb moshat 6-14 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Situata b\u00ebhet edhe m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese n\u00eb arsimin e mes\u00ebm, ku numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me 17% p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, regjistrimet n\u00eb gjimnaze dhe shkolla profesionale kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 19%, duke reflektuar nj\u00eb largim e t\u00eb rinjve ose nga kjo faz\u00eb e arsimit apo nj\u00eb orientim drejt tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Arsimi profesional ka sh\u00ebnuar gjithashtu nj\u00eb ulje prej 11%, por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak n\u00eb krahasim me gjimnazet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrast t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm me r\u00ebniet e m\u00ebparshme, arsimi i lart\u00eb ruan nj\u00eb stabilitet t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm. Numri i t\u00eb regjistruarve n\u00eb universitetet dhe institucionet e tjera t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb leht\u00eb prej 1%, duke kaluar nga 123,797 n\u00eb 2020 n\u00eb 122,613 student\u00eb n\u00eb 2025. Kjo tregon se, pavar\u00ebsisht sfidave demografike dhe sociale, interesi p\u00ebr studimet universitare mbetet i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00ebnia e shpejt\u00eb e numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ka ndikuar n\u00eb mbylljen e nj\u00eb s\u00eb kat\u00ebrt\u00ebs s\u00eb shkollave 9-vje\u00e7are n\u00eb rang vendi, referojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga viti shkollor 2012-2013 n\u00eb vitin shkollor 2021-2022 jan\u00eb mbyllur 295 shkolla t\u00eb arsimit 9-vje\u00e7ar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin duke e \u00e7uar numrin total t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb 1051 nga 1346 q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mbyllja e shkollave ka ardhur n\u00eb raport t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me r\u00ebnien e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, pasi nga 2011 m\u00eb 2023, INSTAT referon se numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb arsimin 9-vje\u00e7ar ka sh\u00ebnuar tkurrje me rreth 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zonat rurale kryesojn\u00eb me mbylljen e shkollave, pasi numri i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb pak\u00ebsuar ndjesh\u00ebm. Mir\u00ebpo mbyllja e shkollave n\u00eb zonat rurale t\u00eb vendit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr emigrimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm e atyre pak familjeve me f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Q\u00eb nga viti 2000 jan\u00eb mbyllur 42% e shkollave 8-9-vje\u00e7are n\u00eb rang vendi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shqip\u00ebria financonte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 4-5% t\u00eb PBB s\u00eb saj para viteve 1990 p\u00ebr sektorin e arsimit, ky nivel ishte i krahasuesh\u00ebm me financimet q\u00eb edhe vendet e tjera t\u00eb OECD-s\u00eb jepnin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb tranzicionit, sektori \u00ebsht\u00eb financuar m\u00eb pak se 3% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb, nivel gati 40% m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt se financimet q\u00eb vendet e zhvilluara ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb dhe 20% m\u00eb pak se financimet q\u00eb japin vendet e rajonit.<a href=\"https:\/\/monitor.al\/shqetesuese-numri-i-nxenesve-ne-arsim-bie-me-10-per-qind-pas-pandemise\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\/Monitor<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, prej uljes s\u00eb lindjeve dhe emigracionit, por pas pandemis\u00eb fenomeni po p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet.
