Pjesa tjet\u00ebr e stafit p\u00ebrfshinte pozicione administrative, drejtues dhe nj\u00eb mjek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>22 milion euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar rrug\u00ebn<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb ardhurat bruto nga tarifa e koncesionit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs ishin 2.15 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (rreth 22 milion\u00eb euro), nga t\u00eb cilat 277 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb iu kthyen qeveris\u00eb pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushti i kontrat\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb rast se shuma e t\u00eb ardhurave nga tarifa e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, tejkalon limitin e parashikuar n\u00eb kontrat\u00eb, 60% e k\u00ebtij tejkalimi do t\u2019i kthehet autoritetit kontraktues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shpenzimet p\u00ebr operacionet e mir\u00ebmbajt\u00ebs rutine dhe asaj dim\u00ebror\u00eb kushton 845 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb vitin e kaluar (rreth 8.5 milion\u00eb euro).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportit zyrtar, k\u00ebto shpenzime kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb operimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen emergjente dhe dim\u00ebrore; inspektimi dhe monitorimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komponent\u00ebve t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs; (p\u00ebr trotuare, ura dhe element\u00eb gjeoteknike, gardrela, sinjalistike, furnizimin me energji elektrike t\u00eb Tunelit t\u00eb Thirr\u00ebs dhe gjith\u00eb pikave t\u00eb furnizimit p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs, mir\u00ebmbajtjen dhe mbajtjen n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb taksimit n\u00eb sheshin e mbledhjes s\u00eb taksave, etj).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shpenzimet p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkontrktor\u00ebt, kryesisht p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit ishin 1.75 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (rreth 18 milion\u00eb euro).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fitimi para tatimit ishte 247 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb (rreth 2.5 milion\u00eb euro), nga 214 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 16% e baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vlera kumulative e investimeve n\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjen e rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nd\u00ebrtimin e ur\u00ebs s\u00eb arriti n\u00eb 9,1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2024, sipas bilancit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas kontrat\u00ebs, shp\u00ebrblimi i koncesionarit sigurohet nga t\u00eb ardhurat e parashikuara n\u00eb form\u00ebn e tarifave p\u00ebr kalim nga p\u00ebrdoruesit e rrug\u00ebs. Gjithashtu, kontrata parashikon garantimit nga ana e autoritetit kontraktues e nj\u00eb pragu t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave nga trafiku t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb kontrat\u00eb si dhe ndarjen e tyre midis koncesionarit dhe Autoritetit Kontraktues n\u00eb rast t\u00eb tejkalimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij pragu, shkruan <a kontrat\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kostos s\u00eb tyre mbulohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet subvencionimit nga buxheti i shtetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rruga e Kombit \u00ebsht\u00eb klasifikuar zgjatim i rrjetit rrugor kryesor europian, TENT, pasi Serbia po nd\u00ebrton vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb saj nga Nishi n\u00eb Merdar\u00eb (kufiri me Kosov\u00ebn).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">E cil\u00ebsuar Autostrada e Paqes, pasi bashkon Kosov\u00ebn, Serbin\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, me nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb standardit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, ajo ka marr\u00eb financimet e Bashkimit Europian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autostrada e Paqes \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithsej 314 kilometra e gjat\u00eb, teksa nis nga Lezha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb Merdar\u00eb, kufiri me Bullgarin\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrshkruar Prishtin\u00ebn dhe Nishin.<img loading=\"lazy\"
