E reja q\u00eb sjell ky ligj \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7do nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb ku ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb pronar nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb \u201cpa zot\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bashk\u00ebpron\u00ebsia trajtohet si nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie e detyrueshme ligjore, dhe jo m\u00eb si \u00e7\u00ebshtje vullneti apo mir\u00ebkuptimi mes fqinj\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7do hap\u00ebsir\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt: nga shkall\u00ebt, ashensor\u00ebt, garazhet, tarracat, bodrumet, deri te fasadat, oborret apo lulishtet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb status t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb dokumentacionin kadastral. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, k\u00ebto do t\u00eb regjistrohen si pasuri n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpron\u00ebsi n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebve, duke mbyllur k\u00ebshtu der\u00ebn p\u00ebr abuzime dhe keqinterpretime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ROLI I ADMINISTRATORIT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb thelb t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb ri \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb strukture t\u00eb organizuar t\u00eb administrimit.
