Republika \u00c7eke ka ndryshuar kodin e saj penal p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar promovimin e komunizmit, duke e vendosur at\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel me ideologjin\u00eb naziste. Amendamenti prezanton d\u00ebnime me burgim nga nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb pes\u00eb vjet p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb “krijon, mb\u00ebshtet ose promovon l\u00ebvizje naziste, komuniste ose t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb synojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb shtypin t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e njeriut ose t\u00eb nxisin urrejtje racore, etnike, komb\u00ebtare, fetare ose t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb klasa”, shkruan RT<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ndryshimi vjen pas thirrjeve nga Instituti p\u00ebr Studimin e Regjimeve Totalitare i financuar nga qeveria \u00e7eke, me bashkautorin Michael Rataj q\u00eb pretendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb “jologjike dhe e padrejt\u00eb” t\u00eb trajtohen ndryshe dy ideologjit\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Republika \u00c7eke, dikur pjes\u00eb e \u00c7ekosllovakis\u00eb komuniste dhe nj\u00eb an\u00ebtare e Bllokut Lindor t\u00eb lidhur me sovjetik\u00ebt, u b\u00eb e pavarur n\u00eb vitin 1993 pas Revolucionit t\u00eb Kadifenjt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1989.
