Nga kronikat televizive deri te postimet n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb rasteve ku f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb moshave t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb dhun\u00eb psikologjike, p\u00ebrjashtim social apo tallje sistematike n\u00eb ambientet shkollore. K\u00ebto raste q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb media jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm maja e ajsbergut, n\u00ebn sip\u00ebrfaqe fshihen realitete edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, q\u00eb profesionist\u00ebt i njohin mir\u00eb, por q\u00eb shpesh kalojn\u00eb pa u par\u00eb e pa u trajtuar\u201d, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Gogo.al, Emanuela Ismaili, eksperte kund\u00ebr bullizmit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bullizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktimi i q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm dhe i p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur i shqet\u00ebsimit ose d\u00ebmtimit ndaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit individ. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimi q\u00eb b\u00ebn programi finlandez kund\u00ebr bullizmit, KiVa. F\u00ebmija i bullizuar zakonisht ka m\u00eb pak fuqi ose forc\u00eb fizike sesa bullizuesi ose bullizuesit. Ngacmimi b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr arg\u00ebtim, nuk ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb l\u00ebndoj\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve pak k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi dhe ndalon n\u00ebse personi kund\u00ebrshton ose m\u00ebrzitet, kurse bullizmi p\u00ebrfshin talljen, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebanshme, me q\u00ebllimin per t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar dhe vazhdon, edhe n\u00ebse personi tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb i l\u00ebnduar ose i m\u00ebrzitur, p\u00ebrcakton Programi Shqiptar kund\u00ebr Bullizmit n\u00eb Shkolla i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit dhe Sporteve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cK\u00ebto dallime jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ngat\u00ebrruar bullizmin me konfliktet e zakonshme q\u00eb ndodhin mes bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebve. N\u00ebse e trajtojm\u00eb bullizmin si \u00e7do konflikt tjet\u00ebr rrezikojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb d\u00ebm sesa zgjidhje, ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb jetike ta kuptojm\u00eb si nj\u00eb fenomen m\u00eb vete q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kujdesshme. Shkaqet? Mungesa e aft\u00ebsive p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar emocionet, niveli i ul\u00ebt i empatis\u00eb, p\u00ebrjetimi i dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb mjedise ku modeli dominues \u00ebsht\u00eb autoritar, apo ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb fuqie e keqp\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar kontroll apo v\u00ebmendje.\u201d, shpjegon me kujdes ekspertja kund\u00ebr bullizmit Ismaili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bullizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb shkolla sepse shkollat ofrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend fizik, ku f\u00ebmij\u00ebt mund t\u00eb mblidhen duke pasur mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb edhe t\u00eb mos mbik\u00ebqyren nga t\u00eb rriturit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kolektive f\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb mosh\u00eb e karakteristika t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nj\u00eb studim i vitit 2019 nga K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs nxori se rreth 20% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb bulliz\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa 19.4% e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar at\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 2\u20133 her\u00eb n\u00eb muaj. Nga k\u00ebta, 9.7% jan\u00eb viktima, 5.2% pranojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb bullizuar t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe 4.3% kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht viktima dhe bullizues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, raportet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb UNICEF-it dhe Institutit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit Publik p\u00ebrqendrohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb te dhuna n\u00eb shkolla n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe bullizmin. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre raporteve, t\u00eb vitit 2023, 1 deri n\u00eb 3 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs raportojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb form\u00eb bullizmi n\u00eb vitin e fundit, nd\u00ebrsa rreth 40% deklarojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb bullizmit ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. \u00a0Sipas studimit t\u00eb UNICEF-it, 57 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb rriturve besojn\u00eb se bullizmi n\u00eb shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i zakonsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa 60 p\u00ebr qind besojn\u00eb se bullizmi kibernetik \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bullizmi kibernetik po p\u00ebson rritje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. 1 n\u00eb 5 t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb pranon se \u00ebsht\u00eb bullizuar online sipas nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb Departamentit t\u00eb Gazetaris\u00eb dhe Komunikimit n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs. \u00a0Sipas nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb platform\u00ebs iSIGURT.al jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb 407 denoncime t\u00eb incidenteve t\u00eb ndeshura online gjat\u00eb vitit 2024, ku vihet re se vajzat vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten viktimat kryesore t\u00eb incidenteve online dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb edhe raportueset kryesore t\u00eb ngjarjeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs dhe shfryt\u00ebzimit n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dixhitale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pasojat p\u00ebr viktimat e bullizmit jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda por dhe afatgjata si ankthi, depresioni, vet\u00ebizolimi, vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimi i ul\u00ebt, frika p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete sociale, madje edhe mendime vet\u00ebvras\u00ebse n\u00eb rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, thot\u00eb ekspertja Ismaili. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb bulliz\u00ebm mund t\u00eb mbartin plag\u00ebt emocionale edhe n\u00eb mosh\u00eb madhore, duke ndikuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie dhe p\u00ebrballen me stresin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNga ana tjet\u00ebr, edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb bullizojn\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik n\u00ebse nuk trajtohen n\u00eb koh\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb sjellje antisociale, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb akte dhune apo krimi, t\u00eb ken\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme dhe, n\u00eb disa raste, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb konflikte serioze me ligjin. N\u00eb thelb, bullizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb problem i shkoll\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal alarmi p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit, p\u00ebr sistemin arsimor dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb po rrit f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb ku ndjenja e pushtetit p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar tjetrin. Kjo e b\u00ebn nd\u00ebrhyrjen e hershme thelb\u00ebsore, jo p\u00ebr t\u2019i nd\u00ebshkuar por p\u00ebr t\u2019i kuptuar dhe orientuar drejt sjelljeve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme.\u201d, thekson ekspertja Ismaili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb studim i komunitetit suedez mbi t\u00eb rritur, n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 16\u201324 vje\u00e7 tregon se 55% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb bullizuar jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb krim dhe 36% e tyre jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tre vepra penale. Sipas \u201cThe Humanity Project\u201d, nj\u00eb studim amerikan gjeti q\u00eb 60% e djemve q\u00eb kishin bullizuar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb gjat\u00eb klas\u00ebs s\u00eb gjasht\u00eb deri n\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebn, ishin d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb pas me t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim penal deri n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 24 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>N\u00eb adoleshenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb von\u00eb \u2013 Si shkolla n\u00eb Rr\u00ebshen po u m\u00ebson f\u00ebmij\u00ebve empatin\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn Nr.2 n\u00eb Rr\u00ebsh\u00ebn dy punonj\u00ebse sociale kan\u00eb ardhur 1 her\u00eb n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, m\u00ebsuesit dhe prind\u00ebrit. Patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe shaka, t\u00eb ngacmojn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb normale, por me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb njihen pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj afrimiteti me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin n\u00eb klas\u00eb. Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe e teprojn\u00eb por ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb dhe socializohen\u201d, tregon Suela Ko\u00e7ibellinj p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si po punojn\u00eb n\u00eb klasat e shkoll\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajo thot\u00eb se forca e klas\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe dhe nuk duhet n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur sepse f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb klas\u00eb kalojn\u00eb shum\u00eb or\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat duhet punuar jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit por edhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme mes nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A ka patur raste konkrete q\u00eb jan\u00eb zgjidhur, e pyesim punonj\u00ebsen sociale Ko\u00e7ibellinj e ajo na rr\u00ebfen se po, duke nisur nga konflikte t\u00eb forta deri edhe ato fiziket si dhe raste bullizmi, kur kan\u00eb arritur t\u2019i sheshojn\u00eb me metoda t\u00eb ndryshme por po ashtu na tregon se jo gjithmon\u00eb ia kan\u00eb dal\u00eb. \u201cMegjith\u00ebse m\u00ebsuesit nuk kan\u00eb heshtuar por kan\u00eb reaguar t\u00eb par\u00ebt duke njoftuar prind\u00ebrit p\u00ebr t\u00eb sheshuar situat\u00ebn, ka patur raste kur prindi ka hequr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn nga shkolla dhe jan\u00eb larguar nga qyteti.\u201d, rr\u00ebfen m\u00eb tej psikologia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Zgjidhja kryesore q\u00eb ne kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb ka qen\u00eb ideja q\u00eb ne t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr bullizmin, ta kuptojm\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ta l\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje. Pra, t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj reagimi, v\u00ebmendje kur ka nj\u00eb situat\u00eb bullizuese n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe jo t\u00eb normalizohet. Megjith\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb problematike situata t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjm\u00eb sikur nuk e shohim, mos ta shmangim, mos ta p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb por ta referojm\u00eb te njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kemi t\u00eb angazhuar. N\u00eb nivel institucional, vazhdon t\u00eb mungoj\u00eb nj\u00eb qasje e q\u00ebndrueshme, e koordinuar dhe e ndjeshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar bullizmin. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjeve q\u00eb parandalojn\u00eb, kuptojn\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtesin, shpesh p\u00ebrdoren masa nd\u00ebshkuese sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore ose, m\u00eb keq akoma, situatat injorohen plot\u00ebsisht. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet, \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb strategjit\u00eb kund\u00ebr bullizmit t\u00eb mos kufizohen n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje teknike apo administrative.
