N., 17 vje\u00e7, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPlagosje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb e Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Durr\u00ebs kishte caktuar ndaj tij mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest me burg\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 14.05.2025, ka plagosur r\u00ebnd\u00eb me mjet prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb), shtetasin F.
