Programi mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb ka rritje t\u00eb financimeve me 200 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh 6% n\u00eb krahasim me buxhetin fillestar. Transporti hekurudhor ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb ulje prej 393 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh ose 6.5%, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsim t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb reja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit, Sportit dhe Rinis\u00eb, buxheti total \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur me 100 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb raport m\u00eb buxhetin e fillim vitit. Brenda ministris\u00eb ka l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb z\u00ebrat e buxhetore. Arsimi Universitar ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb ulje prej 300 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh ose -2%. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, Fondet p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebn jan\u00eb rritur me 100 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb ose me 7%, nj\u00eb sinjal pozitiv p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkimin shkencor dhe inovacionin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu ndryshimet buxhetore t\u00eb vitit 2025 p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale reflektojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb buxhetit me rreth 1 miliard lek\u00eb (-1.3%) krahasuar me buxhetin fillestar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sektori m\u00eb i prekur \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdesi par\u00ebsor. R\u00ebnia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjeje ka ndodhur te Sh\u00ebrbimet e Kujdesit Par\u00ebsor, me nj\u00eb shkurtim prej 1.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh (-19.3%). Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr hallk\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb kontaktit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve me sistemin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet ambulatore, qendrat sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe diagnostikimet e hershme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe Sh\u00ebrbimet e Sh\u00ebndetit Publik kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb konsiderueshme prej 334 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh (-6.7%).
