Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs, Bajram Begaj, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e IV Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr Financimin e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara (FFD4), e cila po mbahet n\u00eb Sevilja t\u00eb Spanj\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb forum t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, Kreu i Shtetit theksoi p\u00ebrkushtimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e Objektivave t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe rolin q\u00eb financimi p\u00ebr zhvillim luan n\u00eb sigurimin e nj\u00eb ekonomie t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, Presidenti Begaj n\u00ebnvizoi se Shqip\u00ebria e sheh financimin p\u00ebr zhvillim si nj\u00eb instrument p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb sociale. Ai theksoi investimet n\u00eb zhvillimin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, zgjerimin e mbrojtjes sociale, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe arsimore, si dhe angazhimin p\u00ebr reforma fiskale dhe transparenc\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin tatimor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Begaj theksoi se procesi i financimit p\u00ebr zhvillim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb agjend\u00eb teknike, por nj\u00eb angazhim strategjik. Ai rikujtoi se Shqip\u00ebria ka sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrparime n\u00eb forcimin e qeverisjes demokratike dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies, si dhe ka vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb strategjive t\u00eb saj sektor\u00eb si arsimi, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia, infrastruktura digjitale dhe energjia e rinovueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs u shpreh se sfidat globale k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb veprime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe sisteme financiare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare m\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe m\u00eb efikase. Ai b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arkitektur\u00eb t\u00eb reformuar financiare globale q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e aft\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb krizat aktuale, duke shtuar se asnj\u00eb vend nuk mund ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb i vet\u00ebm barr\u00ebn e zhvillimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, Kreu i Shtetit vuri n\u00eb dukje r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit rajonal n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, si nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur financimin p\u00ebr zhvillim dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur vendet p\u00ebr integrimin n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Sevilja, Presidenti Begaj zhvilloi takime me Mbretin e Spanj\u00ebs, Kryeministrin e k\u00ebtij vendi, Sekretarin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb dhe lider\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb bot\u00ebror\u00eb, ku u diskutua forcimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
