Nd\u00ebrsa krahasuar me tremujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb sivjetsh\u00ebm me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit paraprak, Indeksi i Kostos s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit pati rritje p\u00ebr 6,5 p\u00ebr qind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ASK-ja ka evidencuar se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, pagat e punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur 2,4 p\u00ebr qind, nd\u00ebrsa materialet e nd\u00ebrtimit prej 1,9 p\u00ebr qind ishin ndikim n\u00eb rritjen e kostos s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit, dhe shpenzimet e tjera n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor n\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur p\u00ebr 1,8 p\u00ebr qind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kostoja e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb rritje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb publikuara nga Agjencia e Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (ASK) p\u00ebr tremujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2025:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indeksi i Kostos s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit (IKN) u rrit 1.7% krahasuar me TM4 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Krahasuar me TM1 2024, rritja \u00ebsht\u00eb 6.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pagat n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur 2.4%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Materialet e nd\u00ebrtimit jan\u00eb rritur 1.9%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shpenzimet tjera jan\u00eb rritur 1.8%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por, ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paradoksale \u00ebsht\u00eb se mbi 180 mij\u00eb banesa jan\u00eb t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr 13 vjet \u2013 nga 2011-ta deri m\u00eb 2024 \u2013 numri i banesave dhe sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur p\u00ebr 43 p\u00ebr qind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs tregojn\u00eb se vendi, me rreth 1.6 milion banor\u00eb, ka 590 mij\u00eb banesa apo sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb banueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e dala nga regjistrimi i popullsis\u00eb, vitin e kaluar, tregojn\u00eb po ashtu se mbi 96 p\u00ebr qind e familjeve jan\u00eb pronare t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive ku jetojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V\u00ebzhguesit e k\u00ebtij trendi thon\u00eb se mentaliteti i qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb investimi n\u00eb objekte banimi, siguron zgjidhje afatgjate p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien e familjes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por, nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr q\u00eb ai e konsideron shqet\u00ebsuese, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e banesave t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas ASK-s\u00eb, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb mbi 182 mij\u00eb t\u00eb tilla, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb banesat ende n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, t\u00eb blera dhe t\u00eb destinuara p\u00ebr shitje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Paradoksi: mbi 180 mij\u00eb banesa t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pavar\u00ebsisht \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb larta, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb mbi 182 mij\u00eb banesa t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, t\u00eb blera p\u00ebr investim ose t\u00eb destinuara p\u00ebr shitje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrmjet viteve 2011 dhe 2024, numri i banesave dhe sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u rrit p\u00ebr 43%, duke arritur n\u00eb rreth 590 mij\u00eb nj\u00ebsi banimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popullsi prej 1.6 milion\u00eb banor\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, 96% e familjeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb pronare t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive ku jetojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky trend tregon nj\u00eb mentalitet t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur investimi n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb paluajtshme, si form\u00eb sigurie p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet e banesave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb rriten n\u00eb vitin 2021, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u00e7rregullimeve n\u00eb tregjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shkaktuara nga pandemia COVID-19.
