Rruga ka sy akse kryesore Kashar-Vaqarr dhe Vaqarr-Mullet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pika e nisjes e autostrad\u00ebs s\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs(BYpassi) n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kasharit nis rreth 500 metra n\u00eb jug t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs ekzistuese \u201cTiran\u00eb\u2013Durr\u00ebs\u201d (SH2). Kjo pik\u00eb p\u00ebrkon me daljen e nyj\u00ebs s\u00eb re \u201cThuman\u00eb\u2013Kashar\u201d, e cila n\u00eb projektin e miratuar t\u00eb detajuar (2017) paraqet nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd kryq\u00ebzimi t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm me autostrad\u00ebn ekzistuese Tiran\u00eb\u2013Durr\u00ebs, i cili nuk ishte parashikuar n\u00eb projektin paraprak t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs (2014). Nj\u00eb ndryshim i till\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar rialinjimin e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs duke e zhvendosur n\u00eb drejtim per\u00ebndimor nga km 0+000 deri n\u00eb km 2+000, si\u00e7 paraqitet n\u00eb Figur\u00ebn 4-2 m\u00eb posht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 8 seksione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cSeksioni 1 kalon mbi nj\u00eb argjinatur\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb rrafsh\u00ebt t\u00eb lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Limuthit, e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga formacione gjeologjike me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb dob\u00ebt. Kjo k\u00ebrkon forcimin e bazamentit rrugor p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb materialeve mbush\u00ebse t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seksioni 2 ndjek t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin trase si ai i projektit paraprak dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i ngjash\u00ebm me seksionin 1 n\u00eb aspektin e topografis\u00eb, kushteve gjeologjike dhe element\u00ebve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pjerr\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb terrenit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seksion aplikohet pjerr\u00ebsia maksimale vertikale prej 5.0% (e zhvilluar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej rreth 100 metrash).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seksioni 3 i Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson ndoshta nj\u00eb nga pjes\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb trasese s\u00eb saj. Seksioni rrugor i vendosur pran\u00eb rezervuarit t\u00eb Kusit dhe kodrave p\u00ebrreth (nga km 3+500 deri n\u00eb km 5+200) \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb ridizenjim t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb mes parametrave gjeometrik\u00eb t\u00eb projektimit rrugor, stabilitetit t\u00eb shpatit, punimeve t\u00eb tok\u00ebs dhe kostove t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit. Seksioni 5 kalon p\u00ebrmes lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb lumit Erzen, i cili kalohet dy her\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vende t\u00eb ndryshme. Terreni \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht i rrafsh\u00ebt, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb zon\u00ebs midis kilometrave 12+800 dhe 13+000, ku ndodhen dy zgavra t\u00eb thella n\u00eb form\u00eb V-je.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha v\u00ebrehen kryesisht p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb dy kilometrave t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb seksionit 6 (nga km 10+500 deri n\u00eb km 12+500). N\u00eb projektin e detajuar p\u00ebrfshihen disa n\u00ebnkalime dhe disa rrug\u00eb t\u00eb vogla lokale hyr\u00ebse, t\u00eb cilat sigurojn\u00eb aksesin e nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt lokal\u00eb, bizneset, objektet shoq\u00ebrore, etj. T\u00eb vetmet zona parkimi p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb gjat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb pozicionuara p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs, ndodhen n\u00eb kilometrin 13+900.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seksioni 7 vazhdon n\u00eb an\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb lumit Erzen. Ajo kalon pran\u00eb brigjeve t\u00eb lumit, ku jan\u00eb parashikuar masa mbrojt\u00ebse ndaj lumit n\u00eb pes\u00eb (5) zona t\u00eb ndryshme, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi totale prej rreth 2.2 km, t\u00eb paraqitura me vij\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb (ngjyr\u00eb cian) n\u00eb Figur\u00ebn 4-7 m\u00eb posht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pjesa e fundit e trasese n\u00eb Seksionin 7 (nga km 18+000 deri n\u00eb km 19+500) kryq\u00ebzohet me rrug\u00ebn rajonale ekzistuese (Fark\u00eb\u2013Arban\u00eb) dhe me rrug\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr komb\u00ebtare SH3 (Tiran\u00eb\u2013Elbasan). Projekti i detajuar i Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e n\u00ebnkalimeve dhe mbikalimeve t\u00eb nevojshme n\u00eb k\u00ebto pika nd\u00ebrprerjeje. Segmentet e prekura t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve ekzistuese jan\u00eb rikthyer dhe rikonfiguruar n\u00eb zonat p\u00ebrreth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Traseja e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb Seksionin 8 kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr lugin\u00ebn e ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrroit t\u00eb Fark\u00ebs, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb an\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. P\u00ebrroi i Fark\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb deg\u00eb e lumit Erzen, n\u00eb kilometrin 19+600.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Terreni n\u00eb Seksionin 8 \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse i shesht\u00eb. Zhvillimet aktuale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lugin\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb ndryshuar ndjesh\u00ebm q\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimi i projektit paraprak n\u00eb vitin 2014.
