P., 30 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Arrestimi i saj u b\u00eb pasi: Rreth or\u00ebs 03:50 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 21.06.2025, gjat\u00eb patrullimeve me objektiv garantimin e rendit dhe parandalimin e paligjshm\u00ebrive, sh\u00ebrbimet e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponja\u201d kan\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr kontroll dhe verifikim automjetin me drejtues shtetasin E. P., 23 vje\u00e7. Gjat\u00eb komunikimit me punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb, 23-vje\u00e7ari ka krijuar dyshime se ky shtetas drejtonte automjetin n\u00ebn efektin e alkoolit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ndihma e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Rrugore p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb testin e alkoolit, ku testi i par\u00eb ka rezultuar 0.48 mg\/l. 23-vje\u00e7arit i \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb testin e alkoolit, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs standarde, por ai ka refuzuar t\u00eb kryej\u00eb testin e dyt\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>N\u00eb momentin q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb po komunikonin me 23-vje\u00e7arin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb testin e alkoolit, aty ka ardhur me nj\u00eb automjet tjet\u00ebr shtetasja A. P., motra e tij, e cila ka kund\u00ebrshtuar me dhun\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb, duke i penguar ata t\u00eb kryenin detyr\u00ebn. Punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb testin e alkoolit edhe 30-vje\u00e7ares, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebseje policie(e cila ka q\u00ebn\u00eb prezent nga momenti i par\u00eb e deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimeve), ku rezultoi se 30-vje\u00e7arja drejtonte automjetin n\u00ebn efektin e alkoolit n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 0.38 mg\/l.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>30-vje\u00e7arja \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar n\u00eb ambientet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 1, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ndodhej n\u00eb ambientet e dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimit, shtetasja A. P. ka goditur me grushte xhamin e dritares s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dhome, duke e thyer at\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimi me dhun\u00eb i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cDrejtimi i automjetit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d.
