Pas nxjerrjes s\u00eb procesverbalit nd\u00ebrtuesi nuk do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb tarif\u00ebn e pastrimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Propozimi q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesit t\u00eb mos paguajn\u00eb m\u00eb tarif\u00eb pastrimi p\u00ebrtej afatit t\u00eb lejes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit b\u00ebhet n\u00eb projektvendimin \u201cP\u00ebr disa shtesa dhe ndryshime n\u00eb sistemin e taksave dhe tarifave vendore n\u00eb qytetin e Tiran\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cN\u00eb vijim, shkronja \u201cii\u201d, e pik\u00ebs 6, n\u00eb nenin 42 \u201cM\u00ebnyra e pages\u00ebs s\u00eb tarif\u00ebs s\u00eb pastrimit\u201d ndryshon si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cii. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi i punimeve sipas ndryshimeve t\u00eb propozuara do t\u00eb konkludohet tashm\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb procesverbali pas inspektimit n\u00eb terren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cAktualisht tarifa e pastrimit fillon nga momenti i zbardhjes s\u00eb formularit t\u00eb lejes deri n\u00eb momentin kur subjekti aplikon p\u00ebr certifikat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koh\u00eb goxha e gjat\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me ndryshimet e propozuara, shkurtohet koha e tarifimit, q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me afatin e vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb lejes, e cila shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb proces verbal nga sektori i verifikimit n\u00eb terren q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebje me p\u00ebrfundimin e punimeve, pavar\u00ebsisht aplikimit p\u00ebr certifikate p\u00ebrdorimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po ashtu nga Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs propozohet se edhe p\u00ebr rastet kur nd\u00ebrtuese nuk ka arritur ta p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin, sipas afatit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb aktin e miratimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr leje nd\u00ebrtimi, referenc\u00eb p\u00ebr llogaritjen e tarif\u00ebs s\u00eb pastrimit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb afati i lejes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit si dhe p\u00ebrdorimi aktual i pron\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe p\u00ebr rastet kur nd\u00ebrtuesi \u00ebsht\u00eb pajisur me leje nd\u00ebrtimi, por q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebrllogaritja p\u00ebr tarif\u00ebn e pastrimit do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga momenti i zbardhjes s\u00eb lejes deri n\u00eb momentin e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afatit t\u00eb punimeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr subjektet e nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi, apo p\u00ebr \u00e7do kantier nd\u00ebrtimi, objekte banimi apo sh\u00ebrbimi t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjashme n\u00eb fash\u00ebn e xhiros deri n\u00eb 2 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit tarifa vjetore e pastrimit llogaritet n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 5,750 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr subjektet e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb fash\u00ebs s\u00eb xhiros nga 2 deri 8 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb tarifa e pastrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb 34,500 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit. Mbi 8 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb xhiro paguajn\u00eb tarif\u00ebn e pastrimit prej 345,000 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.
