Ky hap synon t\u00eb rris\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb energjetike t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e furnizimit me energji dhe t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebn e Unionit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky propozim ndjek strategjin\u00eb REPowerEU, e cila synon eliminimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb importeve ruse t\u00eb naft\u00ebs, gazit dhe energjis\u00eb b\u00ebrthamore nga tregjet evropiane. Plani parashikon hapa p\u00ebr largimin e gazit t\u00eb tubacionit dhe gazit t\u00eb l\u00ebngsh\u00ebm (LNG), si dhe masa p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb importeve t\u00eb naft\u00ebs ruse deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Procesi i largimit t\u00eb gazit rus do t\u00eb zhvillohet sipas k\u00ebtyre etapave:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndalohet importi i gazit rus n\u00ebn kontrata t\u00eb reja q\u00eb nga 1 janari 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Importet nga kontratat afatshkurtra ekzistuese do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb m\u00eb 17 qershor 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrjashtim do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr kontratat afatshkurtra t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb tubacionit q\u00eb furnizojn\u00eb vendet pa dalje n\u00eb det dhe lidhen me kontrata afatgjata; k\u00ebto do t\u00eb lejohen deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Importet n\u00ebn kontrata afatgjata do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr naft\u00ebn, vendet e BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb ende importojn\u00eb naft\u00eb ruse do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hartojn\u00eb plane diversifikimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar t\u00eb gjitha importet deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas Komisionit, ndalimi i karburanteve fosile ruse do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb tranzicionin drejt energjis\u00eb s\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e konkurrenc\u00ebs. Ky proces \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur fal\u00eb furnizuesve alternativ\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb treg t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhur t\u00eb gazit dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb mjaftueshme t\u00eb importit.
