Dash Sula ishte i vetmi nga opozita q\u00eb mbeti n\u00eb sall\u00eb dhe votoi kund\u00ebr. Projektligji u kalua me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mazhoranca u shp\u00ebtua nga prezenca e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb PSD-s\u00eb s\u00eb Tom Doshit n\u00eb sall\u00eb, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt arrit\u00ebn edhe kuorumin dhe shumic\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ministrat e kabinetit qeveritar ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm Taulant Balla, Ulsi Manja, Ogerta Manastirliu dhe n\u00eb fund u bashkua edhe Mirela Kumbaro.
