Konkretisht, n\u00eb KZAZ nr. 28, kutia 1565, konstatoj se disa vota preferenciale t\u00eb miat jan\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidati tjet\u00ebr. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Sipas informacioneve, ky fenomen ka ndodhur edhe n\u00eb KZAZ t\u00eb tjera, duke tjet\u00ebrsuar rezultatin e zgjedhjeve.
