Agjencia e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore (AMP) ka ekzekutuar 4 urdhra ndalimi ndaj tre punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb doganieri n\u00eb Pik\u00ebn Kufitare \u201cHani i Hotit\u201d, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hetimet lidhen me nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 17 shtator 2023, kur nj\u00eb kamion shqiptar, pas kalimit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme nga pika kufitare shqiptare, u ndalua nga autoritetet malazeze n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare \u201cBozaj\u201d, ku u zbuluan mbi 442 kg l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike e dyshuar \u201cCannabis Sativa\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb hetimeve disa mujore mbi procedimin penal t\u00eb vitit 2023, Agjencia e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore (Rajoni Shkod\u00ebr \u2013 Lezh\u00eb) n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Drejtorin\u00eb e Hetimit Doganor dhe Prokurorin\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Shkod\u00ebr, ka ekzekutuar urdh\u00ebrat e ndalimit p\u00ebr tre punonj\u00ebs policie dhe nj\u00eb doganier, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Urdh\u00ebrat e ndalimit vijn\u00eb pas hetimeve t\u00eb thelluara me metoda speciale n\u00eb lidhje me ngjarjen e dat\u00ebs 17\/09\/2023, ku nj\u00eb kamion me targa shqiptare, pasi ka kryer procedurat e daljes nga Republika e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Pik\u00ebs Kufitare \u201cHani i Hotit\u201d, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin dhe procedurat standarde, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar nga policia e Pik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kalimit Kufitar \u201cBozaj\u201d, Mali i Zi, pasi n\u00eb kamion \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb sasi prej 442.084 kg l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike e dyshuar \u201cCanabis Sativa\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
