P\u00ebrve\u00e7 avokatit Ermal Yzeiri, ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet edhe nga avokati Florian Bonjaku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ish-ministri i Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, Ilir Beqaj, po gjykohet n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e sterilizimit n\u00eb mas\u00eb arresti sht\u00ebpiak. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, ai ndodhet n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr akuzat q\u00eb lidhen me dosjen SASPAC dhe vjedhjen e fondeve t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e m\u00ebparshme, Beqaj paraqiti nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr gjendjen e tij sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, duke theksuar se nuk mund t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe i shoq\u00ebroi me nj\u00eb recet\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore p\u00ebr ila\u00e7et q\u00eb po merr n\u00eb qeli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me ka ngritur ndaj Beqajt dhe disa t\u00eb pandehurve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb akuza t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb korrupsion pasiv t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve, mashtrim, falsifikim, shkelje t\u00eb barazis\u00eb n\u00eb tendera dhe fshehje pasurie.
