Gjykata ka pranuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e prokuroris\u00eb, ka vler\u00ebsuar t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm arrestin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe ka caktuar mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb detyrim paraqitje n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr veprat penale: Prishje e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike dhe pengimit t\u00eb qarkullimit. Kjo e dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale por ne kemi k\u00ebrkuar lirimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm duke deklaruar t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe refuzimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb caktuar mas\u00ebn e sigurimit personal pasi asnj\u00eb nga dy veprat pemale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kjo mas\u00eb sot. Nga pamjet filmike rezulton qart\u00ebsisht se nuk ekziston pengimi i qarkullimit, i cili vazhdon lirsh\u00ebm dhe duket edhe n\u00eb pamjet filmike q\u00eb gjykata nuk i administron pra ka vet\u00ebm printime t\u00eb fotove pasi prokuroria nuk ja ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fispozicion me argumentin se nuk i kemi marr\u00eb videot, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet n\u00eb aktet nga kqyrja e pamjeve filmike. Ky ka qen\u00eb edhe debati n\u00eb seanc\u00eb. N\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin ton\u00eb mungojn\u00eb edhe element\u00ebt e vepr\u00ebs penale t\u00eb prishjes s\u00eb qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publik\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebrvajtje penale. Ka pasur nj\u00eb akt t\u00eb motivuar nga OPGJ p\u00ebr shkak se aty ka ndodhur nj\u00eb imcident nj\u00eb konflikt verbal midis dy persona dhe ka ndodhur n\u00eb unaz\u00ebn e qytetit t\u00eb Blishtit, tek rrethrotullimi i Mirasit.
