Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, prokurori deklaroi se nuk p\u00ebrmbushen kriteret ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb fuqi pezullimin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"796\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas tij, urdhri i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Sulejmani p\u00ebr transferimin e dy oficer\u00ebve \u2013 nj\u00ebri n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr dhe tjetri n\u00eb Fier \u2013 nuk ka sjell\u00eb pasoja t\u00eb pariparueshme, pasi pozicionet mund t\u00eb mbuloheshin nga oficer\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1156\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Florian Sulejmani ishte pezulluar nga detyra m\u00eb 16 prill me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Beratit, e cila ngriti ndaj tij akuz\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim detyre\u201d.
