N\u00eb rastin e Tiran\u00ebs, koha mesatare e shitjes u ul ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb 7.1 nga 9.7 muaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Koha mesatare p\u00ebr shitjet n\u00eb zonat bregdetare u rrit, duke u kthyer n\u00eb vlerat e nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb 10 muaj, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr zonat e tjera, koh\u00ebzgjatja e shitjes ishte pak m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt sesa n\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorin e kaluar, duke r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb 11.6 nga 12.9 muaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kredis\u00eb bankare ka vijuar t\u00eb figuroj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shitjeve t\u00eb pronave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas agjent\u00ebve, ashtu si periudh\u00ebn e kaluar, gjysma e pronave p\u00ebr banim dhe e atyre p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim tregtar t\u00eb shitura prej tyre jan\u00eb bler\u00eb me hua bankare. Nga k\u00ebto, n\u00eb 72% t\u00eb rasteve, kredia ka mbuluar deri n\u00eb 60% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb viti 2024, rreth 18% t\u00eb banesave t\u00eb shitura jan\u00eb raportuar t\u00eb blera nga shtetas jorezident\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga k\u00ebta, rreth 77% rezultojn\u00eb shtetas t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.
