Pagesa p\u00ebr ekspertin p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 2% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs s\u00eb objektit, me nj\u00eb kufi minimal prej 60,000 lek\u00ebsh dhe maksimal prej 300,000 lek\u00ebsh, me TVSH t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Pagesa e ekspert\u00ebve dhe \u00e7do shpenzim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e dokumentacionit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebrballohen nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve kur ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb urdh\u00ebron pages\u00ebn nga institucione, nd\u00ebrmarrje dhe\/ose shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb var\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vendimi p\u00ebrcakton se pas daljes s\u00eb urdhrit p\u00ebr ngritjen e komisionit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, ekspert\u00ebt vler\u00ebsues do t\u00eb ken\u00eb detyrimin q\u00eb, brenda 15 dit\u00ebve, t\u00eb hartojn\u00eb n\u00eb 5 kopje origjinale genplanin e pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb do t\u00eb privatizohet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Genplani duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht sip\u00ebrfaqen e truallit n\u00ebn objekt, truallit funksional dhe sip\u00ebrfaqen e p\u00ebrgjithshme. N\u00eb rast se objekti i privatizimit \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb trualli, p\u00ebrcaktohet vet\u00ebm sip\u00ebrfaqja e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb truallit, sipas pik\u00ebs 10 s\u00eb ndryshuar, eksperti p\u00ebrcakton \u00e7mimin e truallit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb hart\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb miratuar nga K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7mimi t\u00eb till\u00eb, p\u00ebrdoret \u00e7mimi i tregut. Eksperti vler\u00ebsues mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr hartimin e sakt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij genplani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>B\u00ebhet<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ekspert\u00ebt vler\u00ebsues, n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb komisionit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebrzgjidhen nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pagesa e ekspert\u00ebve dhe \u00e7do shpenzim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e dokumentacionit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebrballohen nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve kur ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb urdh\u00ebron pages\u00ebn nga institucione, nd\u00ebrmarrje dhe\/ose shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb var\u00ebsis\u00eb.
