Policia e Durr\u00ebsit ka arrestuar dy persona, Edmond Nikolli dhe Shk\u00eblqim \u00c7uni, pasi tentuan t\u00eb fusnin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mallra kontraband\u00eb me vler\u00eb rreth 50 mij\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb Portin e Durr\u00ebsit, n\u00eb autobusin e drejtuar nga t\u00eb arrestuarit, u gjet\u00ebn veshje, pajisje, produkte ushqimore, produkte kozmetike dhe pije alkoolike, t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb papajisura me fatura blerjeje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ata akuzohen p\u00ebr \u201cKontraband\u00eb me mallra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat paguhet akciz\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cKontraband\u00eb me mallra t\u00eb tjera\u201d, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sekuestrohen mallrat dhe autobusi, si dhe celular\u00ebt dhe pasaportat e t\u00eb arrestuarve.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e riskut, t\u00eb kryer nga Policia Kufitare e PKK Port Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb hyrje\/dalje t\u00eb vendit, me q\u00ebllim parandalimin dhe goditjen e krimeve n\u00eb kufi, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebr kontroll t\u00eb detajuar, autobusi q\u00eb kishte si drejtues shtetasit Edmond Nikolli dhe Shk\u00eblqim \u00c7uni.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga kontrollet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjet, jan\u00eb gjetur veshje, pajisje, produkte ushqimore, produkte kozmetike dhe pije alkoolike, t\u00eb dyshuara t\u00eb kontrabanduara, pasi ishin t\u00eb papajisura me fatura blerjeje.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve procedurale p\u00ebr rastin, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit \u201cDuo\u201d, u arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasit E. N., 46 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb dhe Sh. \u00c7., 51 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKontrabanda me mallra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat paguhet akciz\u00eb ose me pezullim t\u00eb plot\u00eb apo t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm nga detyrimet doganore ose t\u00eb akciz\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cKontrabanda me mallra t\u00eb tjera\u201d, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/span><\/p>\n
