Bazuar n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr TAP qiramarr\u00ebsi zbret mas\u00ebn e tatimit nga vlera mujore e qiras\u00eb dhe ua kalon at\u00eb organeve tatimore kompetente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shuma e t\u00eb ardhurave nga TAP prej 5,3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb 15% e vler\u00ebs 35,6 mld lek\u00eb. Stoku i banesave \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur dhe gjithashtu edhe vlera e qiras\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qytetet me turiz\u00ebm t\u00eb zhvilluar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga Air DNA, nj\u00ebsia analitike e platform\u00ebs s\u00eb qiradh\u00ebnies Air BNB, t\u00eb b\u00ebra t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr Monitor tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2024 rreth 21 mij\u00eb apartamente ishin n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr tu dh\u00ebn\u00eb me qira. Nga shtatori n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2024 \u00e7mimet e qirave jan\u00eb rritur deri n\u00eb 20% n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet n\u00eb zonat kryesore t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs variojn\u00eb nga 500 deri n\u00eb 800 euro p\u00ebr apartamente 1+1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr apartamentet 2+1, \u00e7mimet variojn\u00eb nga 800 deri n\u00eb 2,500 euro.
