Banka v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se arsimit nxit talentet, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb pasi garantojn\u00eb prosperitetin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb Rajonin ECA ku b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebria, probabiliteti q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb arsimuar se prind\u00ebrit e tyre ka r\u00ebn\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb pik\u00eb e vetme pozitive \u00ebsht\u00eb se mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb ndjekin arsimin e lart\u00eb, edhe n\u00ebse prind\u00ebrit e tyre nuk e kan\u00eb ndjekur, \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">BB k\u00ebshillon se arsimi fillor dhe i mes\u00ebm duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb aft\u00ebsi baz\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb duhet t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb inovator\u00eb, duke forcuar k\u00ebshtu forcat e krijuese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cil\u00ebsia e arsimit fillor dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm, e matur p\u00ebrmes rezultateve t\u00eb Programit p\u00ebr Vler\u00ebsimin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Student\u00ebve (PISA) p\u00ebr 15-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, nj\u00eb trend q\u00eb nisi para pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb Covid-19 dhe m\u00eb pas u p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsua prej saj. Gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, rezultatet e matematik\u00ebs n\u00eb PISA n\u00eb rajonin ECA ku b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb me ekuivalentin e nj\u00eb viti t\u00eb plot\u00eb shkollimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Banka konsideron se nj\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet m\u00eb urgjente n\u00eb rajon \u00ebsht\u00eb efektiviteti i arsimit dhe trajnimit profesional. Pothuajse 45% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme dhe t\u00eb larta n\u00eb rajon, dhe deri n\u00eb 80% n\u00eb disa vende, drejtohen drejt arsimit profesional q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre shkollore. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri arsimi profesion ndiqet vet\u00ebm nga 17 % e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por nd\u00ebrsa programet e arsimit profesional shpesh promovohen si nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebsimin, ato shpesh nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u2019i pajisin student\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur sukses n\u00eb nj\u00eb treg pune n\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Situata \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e zymt\u00eb n\u00eb universitete. Cil\u00ebsia e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt se niveli i pritur. N\u00eb vende si Shqip\u00ebria diploma ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sesa marrja e njohurive apo aft\u00ebsive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke qen\u00eb se individ\u00ebt me arsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb b\u00ebhen inovator\u00eb, cil\u00ebsia e dob\u00ebt e arsimit universitar p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb rrezik ekzistencial p\u00ebr perspektivat e rritjes afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb renditjen bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb universiteteve sipas Times Higher Education, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb universitet nga rajoni ndodhet mes 100 m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebve, dhe vet\u00ebm n\u00ebnt\u00eb universitete jan\u00eb renditur nd\u00ebr 500 m\u00eb t\u00eb mirat. Shqip\u00ebria nuk b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto renditje, duke i p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar edhe me tej pozitat e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Banka Bot\u00ebrore v\u00ebren se disa nga shkaqet kryesore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se pari kapja akademike (kur universitetet i japin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi interesave politike ose interesit t\u00eb tyre, mbi ekselenc\u00ebn akademike), financimin e pamjaftuesh\u00ebm, kurrikulat e vjetruara, munges\u00ebn e infrastruktur\u00ebs moderne dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb dyti talenti nuk zhvillohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes sistemit arsimor.
