{"id":729937,"date":"2025-03-13T22:16:33","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T21:16:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/?p=729937"},"modified":"2025-03-13T22:16:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T21:16:33","slug":"mbyllen-32-ndermarrje-te-medha-me-mbi-50-te-punesuar-lulezojne-mikrondermarrjet-e-lokalet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/index.php\/2025\/03\/13\/mbyllen-32-ndermarrje-te-medha-me-mbi-50-te-punesuar-lulezojne-mikrondermarrjet-e-lokalet\/","title":{"rendered":"Mbyllen 32 nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me mbi 50 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar, lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet e lokalet","gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"text"}]},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/E-ardhmja-e-punes-biznes-kompani-scaled-1-600x600.jpeg\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bizneset shqiptare nuk po arrijn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rriten n\u00eb kompani t\u00eb m\u00ebdha e t\u00eb mir\u00ebstrukturuara, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb t\u00eb varur nga mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Statstikat e fundit t\u00eb INSTAT mbi nd\u00ebrmarrjet e vogla e t\u00eb m\u00ebsme tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2023 n\u00eb vend kishte vet\u00ebm 168 kompani me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 250 punonj\u00ebs, nga 181 vitin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, duke rezultuar t\u00eb mbyllura 12 subjekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, me nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 7%. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb r\u00ebnie ishin dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme, me 50-249 punonj\u00ebs, ku jan\u00eb mbyllur 20 t\u00eb tilla, duke zbritur n\u00eb 1286 sip\u00ebrmarrje. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb total jan\u00eb 32 sip\u00ebrmarrje m\u00eb pak me mbi 50 t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar. R\u00ebnia e tyre vler\u00ebsohet e lidhur me sektorin e industris\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit kryesor\u00eb n\u00eb vend. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt jan\u00eb rritur mikro nd\u00ebrmarrjet, me rreth 3529 t\u00eb hapura n\u00eb 2023-n, duke e \u00e7uar numrin e tyre n\u00eb 109.7 mij\u00eb, me rritje 3.3%. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithsej n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023 kishte 117.29 mij\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje, me rritje prej 3.4% me baz\u00eb vjetore. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas INSTAT, ekonomia shqiptare ka var\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet sa i p\u00ebrket pun\u00ebsimit dhe shitjeve t\u00eb realizuara.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">p\u00ebrqindja e NVM \u00ebsht\u00eb 99,9 % n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga 99,8 n\u00eb BE; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">p\u00ebrqindja e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb grup nd\u00ebrmarrjesh \u00ebsht\u00eb 82,5 % n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga 64,2 % n\u00eb BE;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">vlera e shtuar e realizuar nga NVM n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrb\u00ebn 78, 2 % nga 48,9 % n\u00eb BE<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrmarrjet e m\u00ebdha kan\u00eb nj\u00eb potencial m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb investime q\u00eb rrisin vler\u00ebn e shtuar n\u00eb ekonomi, t\u00eb trajnojn\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit dhe t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb vende pune q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb kualifikim dhe paga t\u00eb larta. N\u00eb realitet ekonomia shqiptare duket ende e varur nga baret e restorantet, me mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shitjeve neto n\u00eb sektorin e Akomodimit dhe sh\u00ebrbimit ushqimor me 50,5 %, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ndikuar dhe nga ecuria e mir\u00eb e turizmit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas INSTAT, Struktura e treguesve kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrjet e vogla dhe t\u00eb mesme (NVM) bazuar n\u00eb rezultatet e vrojtimit t\u00eb Statistikave Strukturore t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjeve, p\u00ebr vitin 2023, tregon se:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">99,9 % t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve aktive jan\u00eb NVM nga 99,8 % q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2022; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">82,5 % e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb NVM nga 82,1 % q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2022; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">81,3 % t\u00eb shitjeve neto realizohen nga NVM nga 80,1 % t\u00eb realizuara n\u00eb vitin 2022; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">73,1 % t\u00eb investimeve kryhen nga NVM nga 75,6 % t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb vitin 2022; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">78,2 % e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb shtuar realizohet nga NVM nga 78,4 % q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb vitin 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NVM kan\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb treguesit kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2023, respektivisht me:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3,4 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb numrin e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2,3 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb numrin e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1,7 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb shitjet neto; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e shtuar; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 6,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb investimet gjithsej.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tre treguesit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb NVM-ve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri krahasuar me BE-n\u00eb jan\u00eb: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bazuar n\u00eb Rezultatet e Anket\u00ebs Strukturore pran\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjeve dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Mallrave rezulton:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2,6 % e NVM jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje eksportuese; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11,3 % e NVM jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje importuese;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb grupin e NVM, dominojn\u00eb n\u00eb eksportin e mallrave nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme, ku 37,6 % e tyre jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje eksportuese (fig.1). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb grupin e NVM, dominojn\u00eb n\u00eb importin e mallrave nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme ku 73,9 % e tyre jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje importuese (fig. 2). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rreth 9,4 % e shitjeve neto t\u00eb NVM, realizohen nga shitjet e mallrave dhe produkteve t\u00eb eksportuara. N\u00eb grupin e NVM, Nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme realizojn\u00eb 16,8 % t\u00eb shitjeve neto nga shitjet e mallrave dhe produkteve t\u00eb eksportuara dhe Mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet realizojn\u00eb 3,2 % t\u00eb shitjeve neto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb sektorin e Akomodimit dhe sh\u00ebrbimit ushqimor me 65,9 %. Nd\u00ebrmarrjet\u00a0 e vogla\u00a0 kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb sektorin e Nd\u00ebrtimit me 29,3 %. Nd\u00ebrmarrjet e mesme kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb sektorin e Industris\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuese me\u00a0 39,4 %. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mikrond\u00ebrmarrjet kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shitjeve neto n\u00eb sektorin e Akomodimit dhe sh\u00ebrbimit ushqimor me 50,5 %. Nd\u00ebrmarrjet e vogla kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shitjeve neto n\u00eb sektorin e Tregtis\u00eb me 32,1 %.
