gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe 8-vje\u00e7are.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"950\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebrkimet treguan se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb kalonin m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebrpara ekranit \u2013 ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb pajisje mobile \u2013 kishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetonin nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb larta stresi dhe simptoma depresive gjat\u00eb adoleshenc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1124\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrkundrazi, nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb aktivitetit fizik dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb sporte t\u00eb organizuara ishin t\u00eb lidhura me nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta stresi dhe m\u00eb pak simptoma depresive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1264\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, lidhja mes aktivitetit fizik dhe simptoma depresive ishte m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt se ajo e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebrpara ekranit dhe simptomave depresive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1415\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adoleshent\u00ebt q\u00eb kishin nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht shum\u00eb koh\u00eb
