Kontributi i BE-s\u00eb ishte n\u00eb nj\u00eb fond prej 112 milion\u00eb eurosh. IPARD III p\u00ebrfshinte 9 masa t\u00eb reja financimi nga 3 masa q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte programi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr programin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm IPARD II, n\u00eb korrik 2023 Komisioni Europian nd\u00ebrpreu financimin, pas dyshimeve p\u00ebr korrupsion q\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb nisjen e hetimeve nga Zyra Europiane Kund\u00ebr Mashtrimit. N\u00eb 2024 OLAF njoftoi zyrtarisht se nga hetimet kishte identifikuar si t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme 33 mln euro fonde t\u00eb thirrjes s\u00eb par\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb programit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ministrja Denaj sqaroi edhe procedur\u00ebn e ndjekur p\u00ebr l\u00ebvrimin e fondeve t\u00eb mbetura prej programit IPARD II, pas lejes 1 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb miratuar nga Brukseli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIPARD II \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur n\u00eb muajin dhjetor n\u00eb 2023. Pati edhe nj\u00eb shtyrje afati p\u00ebr pagesat q\u00eb nuk arrit\u00ebn dot t\u00eb kryheshin n\u00eb 2023, u dha leja 1 vje\u00e7are nga Brukseli q\u00eb pagesat t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rastet q\u00eb me strukturat e brendshme monitorojm\u00eb dhe konstatojm\u00eb q\u00eb subjektet nuk kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb dokumentacionin n\u00eb afatin e duhur, nuk mund t\u2019i paguajm\u00eb. Rregullorja p\u00ebrcakton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb strikte se afati p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e dokumentacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb 6 muaj\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programi IPARD II i cili u p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces hetimi nga OLAF kishte n\u00eb total nj\u00eb fond prej 94,6 mln euro n\u00eb total, nga t\u00eb cilat 71 mln euro ishin financime t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb tij nga viti 2018 deri m\u00eb 2022, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2018 u disbursuan 20,6 mln euro, n\u00eb 2019 u dhan\u00eb 15,6 mln euro, 26,8 milion\u00eb euro u shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb n\u00eb 2020 dhe p\u00ebr vitet 2021-2022 jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb 31,6 mln euro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb me grantet e programit IPARD II u mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn investimet n\u00eb ferma, n\u00eb sektorin e p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit, mishit dhe fruta-perimeve.
