Kur na ndajn\u00eb edhe pak or\u00eb nga afati i regjistrimit t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs n\u00eb platform\u00ebn PER p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e 11 majit, PS k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb shtyhet afati vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar aplikimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partia Socialiste thekson se kjo mas\u00eb shtyrjeje nuk ka arsye t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr aplikant\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jasht\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kategorie, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb aktualisht nj\u00eb llogari t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb sistemin PER.<\/span><\/p>\n

Edhe Komisioneri, Ilirjan Celibashi b\u00ebri me dije se i ka propozuar dy forcave kryesore politike q\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr 42 mij\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsit t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar k\u00ebrkesa, t\u00eb konsiderohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb KQZ t\u00eb ket\u00eb disa dit\u00eb shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb asistuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces riaplikimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDuke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb faktin se k\u00ebta shtetas i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur pozitivisht thirrjes s\u00eb KQZ p\u00ebr regjistrim; e kan\u00eb shprehur vullnetin e qart\u00eb brenda afatit t\u00eb deklaruar; jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm (42,000); kan\u00eb aktualisht nj\u00eb llogari t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb sistem dhe u \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur e drejta e riaplikimit pavar\u00ebsisht t\u00eb q\u00ebnit t\u00eb refuzuar; shtyrja me disa dit\u00eb e afatit mund tu krijoj\u00eb atyre shansin e fundit p\u00ebr t\u00eb korrigjuar mang\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe konfirmuar regjistrimin.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c7do shtyrje afati p\u00ebr kategorin\u00eb e aplikant\u00ebve q\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani nuk kan\u00eb shfaqur interes do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb konsiderohej s\u00ebrish e pamjaftueshme dhe do t\u00eb rr\u00ebzonte vet logjik\u00ebn e afateve n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb till\u00eb.
