Por, dy jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e autoritetit kontraktor, vendosi ta shtyj\u00eb tenderin n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 27 shkurt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por edhe ky afat nuk u arrit dhe data e zhvillimit t\u00eb tenderit u shty s\u00ebrish, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb 10 mars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas dokumenteve t\u00eb tenderit vlera totale e parashikuar e projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 365 mln euro, pa TVSH, nd\u00ebrsa koh\u00ebzgjatja e kontrat\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb 35 vjet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen kostot p\u00ebr projektimin, operimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e rrug\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb autostrad\u00eb e kategoris\u00eb A, nga rrug\u00eb e kategoris\u00eb C q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aksi Milot-Balldre \u00ebsht\u00eb i gjat\u00eb rreth 17 km, nd\u00ebrsa do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb karrexhat\u00eb dyfishe me nga dy korsi dhe korsi t\u00eb emergjenc\u00ebs, bankin\u00eb, tunel me dy tuba, si dhe vepra arti t\u00eb m\u00ebdha mbi lumin Mat dhe lumin Drin. Po ashtu koncesionari do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebt paralele t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb F2, nyjet n\u00eb disnivel bashk\u00eb me rrug\u00ebt lidh\u00ebse dhe rrug\u00eb alternative pa pages\u00eb t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb \u201cC\u201d, n\u00eb nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb jo m\u00eb pak se 1 km nga aksi kryesor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rruga fillon n\u00eb nyjen e Milotit, ku do t\u00eb lidhet me segmentet e tjer\u00eb rrugor\u00eb Milot-Thuman\u00eb \u2013 Kashar \u2013 Lekaj \u2013 Rruga e Kombit dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn ekzistuese Tiran\u00eb \u2013Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb Balldre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky aks \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e korridorit Adriatiko \u2013 Jonian, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i identifikuar paraprakisht si pjes\u00eb e Korridorit TEN-T Mesdhetar, duke shtrir\u00eb Korridorin Kryesor t\u00eb Rrjetit t\u00eb BE \u2013 s\u00eb n\u00eb Rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai do t\u00eb lidh\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Qendrore dhe Italin\u00eb e Veriut me Ballkanin n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore, me Sllovenin\u00eb, Kroacin\u00eb, Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00ebn, Malin e Zi, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Greqin\u00eb.
