Ky veprim vjen pasi administrata e Presidentit amerikan Donald Trump ngriu n\u00eb janar fondet e k\u00ebsaj organizate p\u00ebr 90 dit\u00eb dhe q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa p\u00ebr ta shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb agjencin\u00eb e ndihmave, duke shkarkuar mbi nj\u00eb mij\u00eb punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb saj.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prokurori i Shtetit Nenad Stefanovi\u00e7 tha se Serbia ka k\u00ebrkuar informacione nga Departamenti amerikan i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb mbi dyshimet p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb USAID-it dhe pastrim parash n\u00eb Serbi, duke iu referuar deklaratave t\u00eb Presidentit Trump, Sekretarit t\u00eb Shtetit Marco Rubio, miliarderit Elon Musk si dhe zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb amerikan\u00eb pas vendimit p\u00ebr ngrirjen e fondeve t\u00eb USAID-it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Departamenti i posa\u00e7\u00ebm kund\u00ebr korrupsionit ka k\u00ebrkuar nga policia \u201ct\u00eb mbledh\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e zbulimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar informacionin dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur prova mbi shpenzimet e dyshimta t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb USAID-it, keqp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fondeve dhe dyshimeve p\u00ebr pastrim parash\u201d, tha prokurori Stefanovi\u00e7<\/span><\/p>\n

Policia \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzuar t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb dokumentacionin rreth donacioneve t\u00eb USAID-it p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr organizata joqeveritare, tha ai<\/span><\/p>\n

Dy organizatat me seli n\u00eb Beograd, Qendra p\u00ebr Hulumtime, Transparenc\u00eb dhe P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, \u2018CRTA\u2019, si dhe Nisma Qytetare konfirmuan se forcat policore bastis\u00ebn zyrat e tyre t\u00eb mart\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

CRTA, e cila b\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgimin e pavarur t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Serbi, postoi n\u00eb rrjetin X se \u201cpo bashk\u00ebpunonte plot\u00ebsisht me autoritetet shtet\u00ebrore\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organizata Nisma Qytetare e cil\u00ebsoi bastisjen si nj\u00eb \u201csulm serioz kund\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtave themelore civile dhe vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb trysnis\u00eb s\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Serbi\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebrdorimi i policis\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike paraqet nj\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb ndryshe dhe kufizim t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb lira dhe demokratike n\u00eb Serbi<\/em>\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj organizate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bastisjet n\u00eb Serbi po ndodhin n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Presidenti populist Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 dhe qeveria e tij po p\u00ebrballen gjat\u00eb muajve t\u00eb fundit me protesta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit. Demonstratat e udh\u00ebhequra nga student\u00ebt jan\u00eb rritur dhe shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare kund\u00ebr korrupsionit q\u00eb po i krijojn\u00eb probleme Presidentit Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs i z\u00ebsh\u00ebm i Presidentit Trump dhe Presidentit rus Vladimir Putin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga vitet 1990, USAID ka investuar miliarda dollar\u00eb n\u00eb vendet si Moldavia, Serbia, Shqip\u00ebria, Kosova dhe Bosnja e Hercegovina \u2013 t\u00eb gjitha shtete ish komuniste, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen an\u00ebtare t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebto shtete, fondet e USAID-it kan\u00eb promovuar institucionet demokratike dhe reformat, kan\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb zhvillimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe siguris\u00eb energjetike, kan\u00eb fuqizuar bizneset dhe ekonomit\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm organizatash joqeveritare dhe mediat e pavarura.<\/span><\/p>\n
