Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e pronarit, uniformat blu sekuestruan pes\u00eb doza kokaine dhe nj\u00eb peshore elektronike, q\u00eb dyshohet se p\u00ebrdorej p\u00ebr ndarjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb automjetin e bodyguardit, brenda nj\u00eb veze plastike t\u00eb ngjashme me ato t\u00eb lodrave \u201cKinder\u201d, u gjet\u00ebn 23 doza t\u00eb dyshuara kokain\u00eb, t\u00eb fshehura n\u00eb xhepin e der\u00ebs s\u00eb makin\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shp\u00ebrndanin drog\u00eb n\u00eb klub nate, kat\u00ebr persona arrestohen me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Berat p\u00ebr \u2018Prodhim e shitje t\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve\u2019, sekuestrohen 28 doza kokain\u00eb<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Kat\u00ebr persona u arrestuan me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Berat, n\u00ebn akuz\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00ebn penale \u2018Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve\u2019 parashikuar nga neni 283\/2 i Kodit Penal<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimeve mbi procedimin penal nr.319, t\u00eb vitit 2023, n\u00ebn drejtimin dhe kontrollin e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Berat n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Drejtorin\u00eb e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me Operacionale dhe Sektorin e Agjent\u00ebve n\u00eb Mbulim dhe Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb nr 1, n\u00eb qytetin e Dimalit (Berat) n\u00eb ambjentin e \u2018Pub Star\u2019 u b\u00eb i mundur finalizimi i operacionit t\u00eb koduar \u2018STAR\u2019, ku dhe u arrestuan shtetasit:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
