Than\u00eb se ishte tubim i krijuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb spontane, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tubim i paligjsh\u00ebm dhe policia duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb q\u00eb ta shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb turm\u00ebn. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Por q\u00ebllimi ka qen\u00eb ti k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoj\u00eb jet\u00ebn gjyqtar\u00ebve dhe prokuror\u00ebve.
