Pallati i Kongreseve do t\u00eb rinovohet me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn formul\u00eb si me stadiumin, ku si rezultat do t\u00eb fitohet nj\u00eb Pallat Kongresesh i transformuar, deklaroi kryeministri Edi Rama gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb projektit p\u00ebr rijet\u00ebzimin e sheshit \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d, ku do t\u00eb instalohet vepra \u201cTirana Mooons\u201d e arkitektit Chris Precht.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKorporata Shqiptare e Investimeve do t\u00eb shpall\u00eb edhe konkursin p\u00ebr rishpikjen mund t\u00eb themi, n\u00ebse mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor k\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb, rikualifikimin, \u2013 Frida e thot\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u2013 t\u00eb Pallatit t\u00eb Kongreseve, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn formul\u00eb si me stadiumin ku do t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb nj\u00eb Pallat Kongresesh t\u00eb transformuar, t\u00eb rinovuar dhe patjet\u00ebr do shohim si do paraqiten dhe cili do jet\u00eb projekti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb her\u00ebt jan\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr zhvillim pronat tek ish-ATSH apo tek Hipoteka dhe tek Inxhinieria e Nd\u00ebrtimit ku do t\u00eb zhvillohen projekte t\u00eb lidhura me k\u00ebt\u00eb program ku n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb zyrave dhe hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzueshme plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb reja qeveria kalon tek privati k\u00ebto pasuri.
