2023\/2413 p\u00ebr promovimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb nga burime t\u00eb rinovueshme ka rishikuar objektivin p\u00ebr vitin 2030, duke e rritur at\u00eb nga 32% n\u00eb 42.5% (me synimin p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar n\u00eb 45%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prandaj, vendet e BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb intensifikojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinovueshme, kryesisht nga biokarburantet e ngurta, hidroenergjia dhe energjia e er\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finlanda ndoqi me 50.8%, gjithashtu duke u mb\u00ebshtetur shpejt\u00eb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rregullat e llogaritjes n\u00eb Direktiv\u00ebn (BE) 2018\/2001 p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb q\u00eb energjia elektrike e gjeneruar nga hidrocentrali dhe era duhet t\u00eb normalizohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb parasysh ndryshimet vjetore t\u00eb motit (hidroenergjetika normalizohet mbi 15 vitet e fundit dhe era mbi 5 vitet e fundit, duke ndar\u00eb normalizimin e er\u00ebs n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe n\u00eb det).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rritja e prodhimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike nga burimet e rinovueshme gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2013-2023 reflekton zgjerimin e dy burimeve kryesore t\u00eb rinovueshme n\u00eb BE: energjin\u00eb e er\u00ebs dhe energjin\u00eb diellore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2023, burimet e rinovueshme p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin 45.3% t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb BE, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 4 pp m\u00eb lart se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb (41.2% n\u00eb 2022).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Energjia e er\u00ebs dhe hidroenergjetika p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy t\u00eb tretat e totalit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb gjeneruar nga burimet e rinovueshme (38.5% dhe 28.2%, respektivisht).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pjesa e mbetur e energjis\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb gjeneruar vinte nga energjia diellore (20.5%), biokarburantet e ngurta (6.2%) dhe burime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb rinovueshme (6.6%). Energjia diellore \u00ebsht\u00eb burimi me rritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb: n\u00eb vitin 2008, ajo p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte vet\u00ebm 1%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se rritja e prodhimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike nga energjia diellore ka qen\u00eb e jasht\u00ebzakonshme, duke u rritur nga vet\u00ebm 7.4 TWh n\u00eb vitin 2008 n\u00eb 252.1 TWh n\u00eb vitin 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-723776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/f3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/f3.png 800w, https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/f3-300x193.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/f3-768x493.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebr vendet e BE-s\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 75% e energjis\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb konsumuar n\u00eb vitin 2023 u prodhua nga burime t\u00eb rinovueshme n\u00eb Austri (87.8%), Suedi (87.5%) dhe Danimark\u00eb (79.4%). Konsumi i energjis\u00eb elektrike nga burimet e rinovueshme ishte gjithashtu i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Portugali (63.0%), Kroaci (58.8%), Spanj\u00eb (56.9%), Letoni (54.3%) dhe Finland\u00eb (52.4%), duke p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysm\u00ebn e konsumit total t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrqindja e energjis\u00eb elektrike nga burimet e rinovueshme ishte m\u00eb pak se 20% n\u00eb Malt\u00eb (10.7%), \u00c7eki (16.4%), Luksemburg (18.0%) dhe Hungari (19.5%).
