Operator\u00ebt e sektorit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb infrastruktura kritike t\u00eb informacionit do t\u00eb duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin certifikimet e nevojshme q\u00eb lidhen me sigurin\u00eb kibernetike brenda nj\u00eb afati 18 mujor.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb rregulloren e rishikuar p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb kibernetike t\u00eb infrastrukturave kritike n\u00eb sektorin e energjis\u00eb elektrike jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb disa ndryshime duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto infrastruktura edhe sektorin e gazit si dhe duke em\u00ebrtuar specifikisht operator\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr certifikime.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu teksa n\u00eb disa nene jan\u00eb shtuar togfjal\u00ebshat q\u00eb lidhen me sektorin e gazit sa i takon detyrimet e operator\u00ebve apo rregullat dhe masat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marrin t\u00eb licencuarit n\u00eb vijim b\u00ebhet edhe nj\u00eb qart\u00ebsim p\u00ebr at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb infrastrukturat kritike.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cInfrastrukturat e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb informacionit jan\u00eb persona juridik\u00eb, publik\u00eb ose privat\u00eb, q\u00eb administrojn\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb informacionit dhe operojn\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebto p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb: Operatorin e Shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb Energjis\u00eb Elektrike (OSHEE) me Data Center Primary, Data Center Disaster Recovery, Data Center Business Continuity, rrjetin midis Data Center PR, DR dhe BC, si dhe rrjetin midis qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe pikave t\u00eb komandimit; Termocentralin Vlor\u00eb sh.a me Sistemin DCS; dhe HEC Vlushe me Sistemin SCADA\u201d thuhet n\u00eb shpjegimin q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet termit n\u00eb rregullore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me certifikimet, n\u00eb nenin 10 rregullorja p\u00ebrcakton sakt\u00ebsisht operator\u00ebt q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marrin masa n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb siguris\u00eb kibernetike.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOperator\u00ebt e Infrastrukturave Kritike t\u00eb Informacionit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Kurum International sh.a, Dragobia Energy, Prell Energy sh.p.k, Power Elektrik Slabinje, Seka Hydropower, Devoll Hydropower sh.a dhe Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), detyrohen t\u00eb pajisen me certifikimin sipas standardit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb ISO 27001 brenda 18 muajve nga hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve t\u00eb rregullores.<\/span><\/p>\n

Operator\u00ebt e Infrastrukturave t\u00eb R\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Informacionit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Operatorin e Sistemit t\u00eb Shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb Energjis\u00eb Elektrike, Termocentralin Vlor\u00eb sh.a dhe HEC Vlushe, detyrohen t\u00eb pajisen me certifikimin sipas standardit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb ISO 27001 brenda 18 muajve nga hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve t\u00eb rregullores\u201d thuhet n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rregullores.\/ N.Maho<\/span><\/p>\n
