Ai ka sh\u00ebrbyer si k\u00ebshilltar i Lart\u00eb i P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb Posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb Sekretarit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara n\u00eb misionin e UNMIK-ut n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si dhe n\u00eb misione tjera n\u00eb Kroaci, Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00eb, Maqedoni t\u00eb Veriut dhe n\u00eb Serbi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pararend\u00ebsi i tij, Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak q\u00eb pritet p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb mandatin n\u00eb fund t\u00eb janarit, ishte em\u00ebruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb post n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2020 dhe n\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e tij Kosova dhe Serbia u pajtuan p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje normalizimi nd\u00ebrmjet tyre n\u00eb Bruskel dhe Oh\u00ebr dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marr\u00ebveshja e arritur n\u00eb shkurt dhe mars t\u00eb vitit 2023, parasheh mes tjerash q\u00eb Prishtina t\u00eb filloj\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, nd\u00ebrsa Serbia t\u00eb njoh\u00eb de fakto pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por, zbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjes ka ngecur dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb procesin e zbatimit t\u00eb saj nuk sh\u00ebnuan ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim dhe Kosova u gjet n\u00ebn kritika t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb per\u00ebndimore p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb veriun e banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe.<\/span><\/p>\n
