N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb procedimit, SPAK ka identifikuar dhe sekuestruar pasuri t\u00eb paluajtshme dhe t\u00eb luajtshme, t\u00eb cilat nuk justifikohen nga burime t\u00eb ligjshme dhe dyshohet se jan\u00eb rezultat i veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve dhe personave t\u00eb lidhur me ta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar ka dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb, m\u00eb 08.01.2025 k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr konfiskimin e pasurive t\u00eb sekuestruara n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb procedimit pasuror nr.9 t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

SPAK rregjistroi procedimin e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, p\u00ebr hetimin pasuror t\u00eb shtetasve: Eridan Veliu, Sokol Sokol C(\u00c7)amer, Julian Veliu, Deljana Nebiu,\u00a0Leknos Nebiu dhe personave te lidhur, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb akuzuar n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Belgjik\u00ebs p\u00ebr veprat penale: \u201cOrganizate kriminale me q\u00ebllimin trafikim nd\u00ebrkombetar l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh narkotike n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim si dhe pastrim t\u00eb produkteve t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale\u201d, parashikuar nga legjislacioni penal belg, si edhe nga nenet 283\/a, 287, 333\/a t\u00eb Kodit Penal Shqiptar.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Mbi baz\u00ebn e dispozitave t\u00eb ligjit nr. 10192 dat\u00eb 03.12.2009, \u201cP\u00ebr Parandalimin dhe Goditjen e Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar, Trafikimit, Korrupsionit dhe Krimeve t\u00eb tjera n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Masave Parandaluese kund\u00ebr Pasuris\u00eb\u201d, ndryshuar me ligjin nr.70\/2017, jan\u00eb identifikuar dhe sekuestruar pasurit\u00eb e luajtshme dhe t\u00eb paluajtshme t\u00eb personave n\u00ebn hetim pasuror dhe personave t\u00eb lidhur me to. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb hetimit pasuror rezulton se pasurit\u00eb e sekuestruara jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajustifikuara nga burime t\u00eb ligjshme dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb prezumohet se jan\u00eb rezultat i veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale t\u00eb personave t\u00eb akuzuar dhe t\u00eb personave t\u00eb lidhur me ta.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
