Policia e Shtetit ka p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruar kreun e PD-s\u00eb Berisha lidhur me akuzat e tij se efektiv\u00eb policie kishin dhunuar deputetin e PD-s\u00eb Agron Gjekmarkaj. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb zyrtare, policia thekson se Gjekmarkaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhunuar po nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb mir\u00eb gjat\u00eb protest\u00ebs duke u larguar m\u00eb pas. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb deklarat\u00eb thuhet m\u00eb tej se deputeti Noka ka shtyr\u00eb dhe fyer policin\u00eb q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb lironte rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe mjetet. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund deklarata thot\u00eb se policia e Tiran\u00ebs ka evidentuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb bllokuar rrug\u00ebn apo kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar efektiv\u00ebt duke shkelur ligjin dhe do i \u00e7oj\u00eb p\u00ebr procedim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Policia e Shtetit p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtron si t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn n\u00eb media t\u00eb z. Sali Berisha, ku pretendoi se deputeti Agron Gjekmarkaj \u00ebsht\u00eb goditur nga punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb. Deputeti Gjekmarkaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb goditur nga asnj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie, por, nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e para, rezulton se ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb mir\u00eb nga ana sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga protesta. Policia e Shtetit shpreh keqardhje p\u00ebr k\u00ebto deklarata dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, p\u00ebr veprimet e dhunshme t\u00eb deputetit Flamur Noka, i cili jo vet\u00ebm nuk iu bind urdhrit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb liruar rrug\u00ebn, por ka kund\u00ebrshtuar me dhun\u00eb, duke shtyr\u00eb, fyer dhe goditur punonj\u00ebsit e Policis\u00eb q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb liruar rrug\u00ebn me q\u00ebllim l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb automjeteve dhe qytetar\u00ebve. Policia e Tiran\u00ebs ka evidentuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata shtetas q\u00eb bllokuan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb antiligjore rrug\u00ebn dhe kund\u00ebrshtuan urdhrin e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr ta liruar at\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb procedohen sipas ligjit.
