Parashikojm\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje ekonomike me 3.5% me nj\u00eb konvergjenc\u00eb n\u00eb 3.9%\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qeveria ka planifikuar 822 miliard\u00eb Lek\u00eb n\u00eb buxhet, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb flet p\u00ebr tregues pozitiv n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhurat, q\u00eb sipas kreut t\u00eb financave parashikohen me rreth 40.6 miliard\u00eb Lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. \u201cProjektbuxheti tejkalon shifr\u00ebn e 8 miliard\u00eb Eurove t\u00eb planifikuara\u201d. Malaj foli p\u00ebr risqe t\u00eb balancuara dhe nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb inkurajuese afatmesme t\u00eb financave shqiptare, bazuar n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimet e fundit t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb raportet e agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kreditit \u201cStandard and Poors dhe Moody\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb ardhurat kapin vler\u00ebn e 754 miliard\u00eb Lek\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb projeksionet sipas ministrit Malaj flasin p\u00ebr parashikime edhe m\u00eb pozitive, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb parave q\u00eb qeveria synon t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb nga tatimet dhe kontributet e sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Krahasuar me buxhetin aktual, qeveria ka vendosur t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb para edhe p\u00ebr investimet infrastrukturore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi strategjike. Libri i financave nuk parashikon rritje t\u00eb pensioneve por vet\u00ebm indeksim t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 1.6 miliard\u00eb Lek\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb do mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb rritjen e pagave.
