Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs ka propozuar nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e banesave sociale, duke p\u00ebrcaktuar dy pasuri t\u00eb reja si zona n\u00eb zhvillim n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cHamdi Pepa\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

I gjith\u00eb projekti do t\u00eb financohet nga fondi i banesave sociale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kryebashkiaku Veliaj deklaroi se zona e re ku do nd\u00ebrtohen banesat sociale, ka t\u00eb gjitha sh\u00ebrbimet e nevojshme pran\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cB\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb nj\u00eb pasuri q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta dedikuar p\u00ebr banesat sociale.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs ka mbledhur nj\u00eb fond t\u00eb banesave sociale, t\u00eb cilat jemi gati ta investojm\u00eb. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet mes Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Madhe, para se t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb te rruga \u201c1 Qershori\u201d dhe rrug\u00ebs \u201cHamdi Pepa\u201d, aty kemi nj\u00eb treg ushqimor, ku sigurisht n\u00eb ambiente e reja jemi po ashtu t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb akomodojm\u00eb tregtar\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat, q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr banesa sociale, ne t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim at\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb tok\u00eb q\u00eb vlen shum\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ekskluzivisht vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shitblerje.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb zon\u00eb e aksesueshme, si me makin\u00eb, autobus, me stacion t\u00eb autobusit, nj\u00eb zon\u00eb q\u00eb ka po ashtu shkollat af\u00ebr.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
