Policia e Tiran\u00ebs b\u00ebn me dije se, ka marr\u00eb masa p\u00ebr garantimin e rendit publik dhe siguris\u00eb para, gjat\u00eb dhe pas zhvillimit t\u00eb ndeshjes s\u00eb futbollit midis ekipeve \u201cKF Tirana\u201d dhe \u201cPartizani\u201d, q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb dat\u00eb 01.12.2024, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 19:00, n\u00eb stadiumin \u201cArena Komb\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb planit t\u00eb masave, Policia e Shtetit njofton se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb bllokime t\u00eb disa segmenteve rrugore dhe itinerare t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara, p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen e tifoz\u00ebve t\u00eb dy skuadrave.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb or\u00ebn 14:00 do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet spostimi i automjeteve p\u00ebrreth stadiumit, nd\u00ebrsa bllokomi i rrug\u00ebve do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17:00. Segmentet rrugore q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bllokuara, nga ora 17:00 deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb aktivitetit, jan\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n

Po n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb planit t\u00eb masave, do t\u00eb ushtrohen kontrolle rigoroze ndaj tifoz\u00ebve, para hyrjes n\u00eb stadium, p\u00ebr sende t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme (sende t\u00eb forta, bidon\u00eb uji, \u00e7adra, \u00e7el\u00ebsa metalik apo l\u00ebnd\u00eb piroteknike etj), dhe \u00e7do tifoz duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pajisur me dokument identifikimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar hyrjen n\u00eb objektet dhe mjediset sportive, detyrohen t\u00eb paraqiten fizikisht n\u00eb komisariatet policore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn dhe or\u00ebn e zhvillimit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb sportive, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb ligjit nr. 79\/2017, \u201cP\u00ebr Sportin\u201d, i ndryshuar me ligjin nr. 105\/2020, dhe moszbatimi i detyrimeve q\u00eb rrjedhin nga ky ligj, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje t\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, nuk do t\u00eb lejohen t\u00eb futen n\u00eb stadium f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 16 vje\u00e7, pa pranin\u00eb e prindit apo kujdestarit (shoq\u00ebruar me dokument), pavar\u00ebsisht se mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me bileta.<\/span><\/p>\n
