N\u00eb vendimin e fundit t\u00eb miratuar nga qeveria thuhet se-\u201cMb\u00ebshtetja n\u00eb investim do t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do rast vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb kostos s\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr blerjen dhe instalimin e teknologjive q\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb burime t\u00eb rinovueshme energjie, p\u00ebr realizimin e ngrohjes dhe ftohjes\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Referuar vendimit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb kat\u00ebr skema q\u00eb do t\u00eb financohen nga shteti. N\u00ebse familjet do t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb instaluar sisteme diellore t\u00eb ngrohjes s\u00eb ujit do t\u00eb marrin financim n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 70% e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb investimit, ose 140 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr kaldajat me biomas\u00eb ose biokarburant, financimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb 20% e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb investimit ose deri n\u00eb 250 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb instalojn\u00eb pompat e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb\u00a0 me aj\u00ebr, uj\u00eb apo gjeotermale, do t\u00eb marrin financim 20% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs ose deri n\u00eb 600 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, dhe skema e fundit ajo p\u00ebr ngrohjen dhe ftohjen qendrore n\u00eb banesa shteti mbulon 30% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs s\u00eb investimit ose deri 3 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vendim jan\u00eb t\u00eb listuara edhe dokumentet q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb familjet q\u00eb do t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto masa mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. d) V\u00ebrtetim t\u00eb ardhurash p\u00ebr \u00e7do pjes\u00ebtar t\u00eb familjes;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. dh) V\u00ebrtetim q\u00eb abonenti nuk rezulton debitor ndaj OSHEE\/ FSHU-s\u00eb;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. e) P\u00ebr konsumator\u00ebt n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, nj\u00eb v\u00ebrtetim nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt sociale q\u00eb abonenti b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00eb) Projekti dhe relacioni i realizuar nga nj\u00eb inxhinier i licencuar t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn sipas kategoris\u00eb 4.b t\u00eb vendimit nr.759\/2014 t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave,\u00a0 \u201cP\u00ebr licencimin profesional t\u00eb individ\u00ebve dhe personave juridik\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb veprimtari n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e studimit e t\u00eb projektimit n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjes e kolaudimit t\u00eb punimeve t\u00eb zbatimit n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar\u201d, shoq\u00ebruar me deklarat\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb profesionale dhe licenc\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Ky dokument mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr impiantet diellore p\u00ebr ngrohjen e ujit;<\/span><\/p>\n
