Projektit me vler\u00eb 1.2 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb energji q\u00eb fitoi vitin e shkuar statusin \u201cProjekt me Potencial Strategjik\u201d\u00a0 i \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb afati p\u00ebr vlefshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij statusi me 6 muaj.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komiteti i Investimeve Strategjike ka argumentuar se nga ana e kompanis\u00eb Eralb Invest 2 shpk jan\u00eb hedhur disa hapa por brenda k\u00ebsaj periudhe t\u00eb re kohore duhet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb procedurat p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar statusin p\u00ebrfundimtar \u201cInvestim\/investitor strategjik, procedur\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb parashikon nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb Parku i energjis\u00eb diellore 190 MW dhe t\u00eb er\u00ebs 636 MW, Tropoj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cProjekti synon t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb investim kompleks t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga nj\u00eb park i energjis\u00eb s\u00eb er\u00ebs me kapacitet 636 MW, ku do t\u00eb instalohen 100 turbina ere si dhe nga nj\u00eb park fotovoltaik me kapacitet 190 MW, ku do t\u00eb instalohen 418 500 panele diellore\u201d thuhej n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb parashtrimin e KIS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tashm\u00eb n\u00eb vendimin e korrikut 2024 dhe t\u00eb publikuar s\u00eb fundmi thuhet se nd\u00ebrmjet Bashkis\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb dhe subjektit Eralb Invest 2 \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur kontrata e qiras\u00eb me nr. 4807\/2 prot., dat\u00eb 31.10.2023 \u201cP\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb fondit pyjor publik\u201d p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 31.06 ha.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas k\u00ebsaj kontrate ngastrat e k\u00ebrkuara nga subjekti nuk p\u00ebrputheshin me ngastrat e v\u00ebna n\u00eb dispozicion nga Bashkia Tropoj\u00eb, ndaj implementimi i projektit lidhur me zbatimin e faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb, faz\u00ebs s\u00eb matjes n\u00eb terren t\u00eb burimeve t\u00eb er\u00ebs, u b\u00eb i pa realizuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre mosp\u00ebrputhjeve.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPas sakt\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqeve sipas koordinatave t\u00eb gjurm\u00ebs s\u00eb synuar, nd\u00ebrmjet Bashkis\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb dhe subjektit Eralb Invest 2 u lidh kontrata e qiras\u00eb Nr.1086\/9 prot., dat\u00eb 18.04.2024 \u201cP\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb fondit pyjor publik\u201d p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 39.02 ha me afat 10 vje\u00e7ar\u201d thuhet n\u00eb vendim.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb refuzuarit e KIS<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb list\u00ebn e vendimeve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb KIS duket se ka edhe disa propozime q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb pranuar ashtu sikurse ka investitor\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur statusin aktiv dhe kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar shtyje por q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb e arsyeshme q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kjo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komiteti ka miratuar nj\u00eb shtyje\u00a0 t\u00eb Statusit \u201cInvestim\/Investitor Strategjik Procedur\u00eb e Ve\u00e7ant\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr projektin e investimit strategjik \u201cCape of Rodon Faza 1\u201d, i cili do t\u00eb realizohet nga subjekti \u201cPremium Finance Invest sh.p.k.\u201d me NUIS\/NIPT L61711009G p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 2 (dy) vje\u00e7are dhe q\u00eb sipas vendimit b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kompleks turistik.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr shtyje t\u00eb afatit t\u00eb Statusit \u201cInvestim\/Investitor Strategjik Procedur\u00eb e asistuar\u201d p\u00ebr projektin e investimit strategjik \u201cDrymades Beach Resort, i cili realizohet nga subjekti \u201cBlue Bay sh.p.k\u201d KIS i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur me mospranim.<\/span><\/p>\n

E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aplikuar edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb akuaponis\u00eb\u00a0 i cili parashikonte t\u00eb ngrinte nj\u00eb ferm\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Remasit n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb. \u201cAquatiq sh.p.k\u201d k\u00ebrkoi shtyrje t\u00eb afatit t\u00eb statusit \u201cInvestim\/Investitor strategjik procedur\u00eb e asistuar\u201d p\u00ebr projektin e investimit \u201cFerm\u00eb Akuaponike\u201d e cila nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr subjekt Rodon Group shpk ka k\u00ebrkuar miratimin e statusit p\u00ebr projektin Rodon Shores q\u00eb parashikon zhvillimin e nj\u00eb resorti turistik, i cili konsiston n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e disa hoteleve, vilave dhe apartamenteve s\u00eb bashku me ambiente sh\u00ebrbimi, si edhe restorante. Projekti p\u00ebrfshin dhe nj\u00eb pist\u00eb helikopteri, nj\u00eb kulle vrojtimi dhe nj\u00eb mol me kapacitet ankorimi 30 mjete lundruese, si dhe zhvillimin e nj\u00eb parku me struktura t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vlera e investimit llogaritet 210 milion\u00eb euro por KIS ka vendosur t\u00eb mos miratoj\u00eb status si investim strategjik duke argumentuar se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vila rezidenciale.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cProjekti n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb tij nuk p\u00ebrfshin komponent\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin sektorit t\u00eb turizmit si hotel, vila n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb hotelit, ambiente sh\u00ebrbimi, bare e restorante, si edhe sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb tjera relaksi e rekreacionit, por m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti p\u00ebrfshin zhvillimin e rezidencave dhe apartamenteve t\u00eb banimit\u201d thuhet n\u00eb dokument.<\/span><\/p>\n
