Aplikimet do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb e-albania dhe gjith\u00e7ka do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebsit\u00eb vendore t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ken\u00eb edhe hartat specifike t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb disponueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Konkretisht n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 7 t\u00eb rregullores n\u00ebnvizohet se n\u00eb stacionin e plazhit ushtrojn\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb subjektet q\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kriteret e k\u00ebsaj rregullloreje dhe q\u00eb lidhin nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb qiraje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb plazhit, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb kapacitetit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs akomoduese, si dhe, rast pas rast, nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e vet\u00ebqeverisjes vendore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rastin e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb projekteve me potencial strategjik, sipas p\u00ebrcaktimeve t\u00eb ligjit nr. 55\/2015, \u201cP\u00ebr investimet strategjike n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, apo k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb investitor\u00ebve n\u00eb zonat me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi zhvillimin e turizmit, kontrata p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb plazhit lidhet sipas akteve ligjore dhe n\u00ebnligjore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cKur veprimtaria e stacionit t\u00eb plazhit ushtrohet nga subjekt privat, subjekti p\u00ebrmbush kriteret, si m\u00eb posht\u00eb: a) T\u00eb jet\u00eb i regjistruar si person fizik\/tregtar apo juridik p\u00ebr ushtrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb, si struktur\u00eb akomoduese;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) T\u00eb disponoj\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb akomoduese t\u00eb kategorizuar nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin, me hap\u00ebsir\u00eb plazhi para\/n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs akomoduese;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) T\u00eb ket\u00eb shlyer t\u00eb gjitha detyrimet tatimore qendrore dhe detyrimet vendore;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00e7) T\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb plan operimi p\u00ebr ushtrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb stacionit t\u00eb plazhit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kushtet minimale dhe k\u00ebrkesat e siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr stacionin e plazhit\u201d thuhet n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 3 t\u00eb nenit 7 t\u00eb rregullores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rastet kur nj\u00ebsit\u00eb vendore kan\u00eb kontrata me subjektet q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2025, ato kontrata vijojn\u00eb edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb sezon, edhe n\u00ebse nuk jan\u00eb struktura akomoduese por vet\u00ebm aktivitet stacion plazhi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb raportin e ndarjes s\u00eb plazhit publik dhe privat rregullorja p\u00ebrcakton distanca t\u00eb qarta nga vija e detit, mes \u00e7adrave si dhe raportin n\u00eb 1000 m2 ku t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 30 p\u00ebr qind jan\u00eb publik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plazhet ku nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb nuk ka struktura akomoduese n\u00eb mas\u00eb si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Divjaka dhe Fieri sipas rregullores do t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb me stacione plazhi p\u00ebr bar-restorantet duke vendosur kushte p\u00ebr k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po k\u00ebshtu lidhur me ndarjen e kategorive t\u00eb plazheve rregullorja p\u00ebrcakton kat\u00ebr tipologji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cPlazhet, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00ebs s\u00eb bregut t\u00eb detit ose t\u00eb liqenit dhe t\u00eb karakteristikave t\u00eb tjera natyrore, ndahen n\u00eb plazhe t\u00eb tipit A, B, AB e C:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>a) plazh i tipit A \u00ebsht\u00eb plazhi kryesisht me p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje ranore dhe me gjer\u00ebsi t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb plazhit, i cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl se 60 (gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb) m vij\u00eb perpendikulare me vij\u00ebn e bregut t\u00eb detit ose t\u00eb liqenit; <\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>b) plazh i tipit B \u00ebsht\u00eb plazhi kryesisht me p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje shk\u00ebmbore dhe zhavorri dhe me gjer\u00ebsi t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb plazhit, i cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se 60 (gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb) m vij\u00eb perpendikulare me vij\u00ebn e bregut t\u00eb detit ose liqenit;
